This place is really good. I love the kind and speedy service they provide here. Even though I had a minor belt problem, the owner, Moe, took a look at my car right away and fixed the belt problem in less than 20 min. I was dreading going to a mechanic but I was recommended to go here and I'm really glad I did!

Dear friend, I am Gilberto Ortega of Chihuahua and I have gone buy parts in your shop, I have a motorboat to Mercury Optimax 135hp Nitro 1999 and work starts but after about a minute to stop and start again battle but not achievement working more of 2 minutes. Now I clean injectors in El Paso Fuel Inyectors and put news spark plugs and filter change, but I still problems. once asked you and say me that 90 dollars by diagnostic and that if I accepted the $ 90 is condoned if you aceppted paid the price of the repair. believes that these days could bring my boat to review your workshop? follow the same conditions? Do you Think that you can help me about that?

I purchased an older model BMW which began giving me trouble about a year and 2 months after I bought it. I decided not to take it to BMW of El Paso due to trust issues I had previously with them. I searched the web and found Moroni BMW specialist. God's sent if I may add...he's the most professional, honest and truth worthy person on the phase of the earth! He can diagnose the vehicle just by giving him the symptoms. As long as I have this car he will be my BMW specialist, I will not take the car elsewhere but to Moroni.

This guys are great, they helped me out after i got caught in a hail storm in Juarez last year. My car was full of dents and my windshield was damaged as well. The front desk person (i forgot her name).. walked me through the process and dealt with my insurance... great costumer service for sure

They charge for labor, $100.00 and, then check engine light came on. Not Happy. IT took him 20 minutes to install the part, I watched him.

Horrible value, dishonest and can't stick to his word of having vehicle ready in addition rude and blamed me for getting wrong parts, i have record of every phone call and text message verifying with him that the parts i ordered were correct but then i would bring the part and was told numerous times it was wrong after sending him part numbers and links to the parts that he confirmed to be correct. Total ripoff went for transmission and rather than asking me anything just did what he wanted to do so i had to bring the car back and pay an additional $1900 on topof the $3500 roughly for the transmission because rather than asking me if i wanted things replaced just slapping things together and saying you're trying to save me money, total lie or you would have replaced everything rather than just what you wanted, please don't patronize this place i was without my car for 5 and a half out of the last 6 months because this place and had they really wanted to help as they claimed i wouldn't be writing a review of this nature, please do yourself a favor and just go to the dealership where you bought your car for an estimate before going anywhere else, i learned the hard way and i pray you don't have to by reading my experience.

I had used this facility for prior oil changes, along with radiator flush/fill. I use synthetic oil, but always buy 5qt container and take it with me. They always charged me regular oil change price, -$2.00 for bringing my own oil, which is what most places do. I went for another oil change and was told would be $75 since synthetic. First time this has ever happened. I questioned the man again, stating I always pay regular oil change price with the $2.00 discount for providing my own oil. He refused, stating is synthetic so price is higher. I will NEVER return to Mister Car Wash again.

The staff of this business are extremely dishonest, my wife took our car to this shop to check an engine light on alert. This shop charged my wife $540.00 for a part and labor that the AUDI dealership would have only charged $186.44. When I confronted the manger and asked for receipts of the parts ordered, he stated that he was not require to provide prove of how much he pay for the part. He also stated that his shop always up the price of the parts and is the clients job to do the research. Just a crocked individual trying to make as much money as possible! Never again…

The hours listed at the time of this writing is wrong, the shop is not closed on Saturdays. I went in today to buy and have a Backup Camera, Escort laser/radar system installed, and get window tinting. After waiting 10-15 minutes and being told, "someone will be right with you", I waited another 5 minutes and watched as a person walked through the door only to have another worker walk out directly to the guy and help him. I stated to the person who had seen me since walking in that, "I think you should help people who have been waiting before helping those who just walked in." only to get the response, "we can get you just as soon as one of us is done". I was surprised to hear that they did not want to rectify their error, rather wanted me to wait LONGER! Atlantic Audio did tinting for me on my Volvo, they did an acceptable job, not too many bubbles and the cuts of the tint almost matched the windows (enough that it looks good when the windows are rolled up). I just can not support a business who a. doesn't maintain awareness of someone waiting a significant amount of time and b. will not rectify an error when they know about it... if they would not rectify a simple error like that, then why would they ever rectify a problem with their work? I went one block away to Custom Sounds and had the EXACT OPPOSITE happen... another person wanted helped before me and the employee told the guy, "sorry, this gentleman was here before you". Custom sounds got my money. I will see how this place does after my appointment for tomorrow.

Visited this location today (08/02/13), found the manger (Kurt, according to his shirt name tag), lacking in customer service or manners. As I arrived, the manager came to my car, neither a greeting or how can we help you offered. I offered my "passbook" to him, he did not acknowledged or take from my hand. After a few minutes, I placed it on dash near the odometer, when he told me to go to the waiting room. He made a big scene about not giving him the passbook. He continued to argue with me in the waiting area in front of about 5 or 6 customers, after he went to my car and found the passbook where I told I had placed it. I asked him if he was going to argue with a customer, he preceded to state that I did not give him the passbook. Will not go back and will encourage others to do the same. Spend too much money too be yelled at.

I purchased a brand new 2014 Dodge Dart GT from Viva Chrysler Dodge Jeep at 8434 Gateway East El Paso, TX 79907 in late August 2014. When I brought it back in a week later to get it washed and detailed, my husband realized the front right rim was scratched up about 1/4 of the edge of the rim. I told the service department and my sales representative and they took pictures to send up to the manufacturing company, but it got denied and they told me the dealership can't help me with this issue. They basically expect me to pay out of pocket for a damaged part that I had no fault in. I would not recommend going here to purchase a vehicle especially a new one. If you do, be sure to check every little thing on the vehicle before they sell it to you, don't let them rush you into signing anything until you have inspected everything. And when you bring it into services for any reason, make sure you inspect your vehicle before and after to make sure they did not damage anything. That way you can point it out to them right there and then before they deny causing any damages. Please don't let the crisis I am dealing with happen to you.

Don't bother calling these yo-yo's . . . tell you they will be there before noon, then never show, never call, never hear from again. Save yourself a lotta aggravation and AVOID these guys.
