BUYERS BEWARE... As a former employee I noticed that the price mark up is ripping both areas off. For example they pay $18.99 for brake pads and you get charged $79.99 minimum, they pay $25.00 for brake rotors and you get charged $119.00 on the average. I've witnessed alot of wrong doing while working as a so called manager for this company. I feel for customers such as Ms. Shaw who came in to have her door fixed on her mini van and was charged $119.00 for diagnostics and was given a quote for $1800.00 only to get the problem fixed somewhere else for $6.00...but to make it worse the owner promised to refund her the diagnostic charge and then jerked her out of it. Instructing everyone to blow her off if she called. I can honestly say that I have NEVER experienced such robbery in all of the years I've been in the automotive industry. GOOD LUCK TO YOU IF YOU GO THERE!!! SIGNED A former employee.

I take my vehicles to Tires Unlimited for repairs and inspections. They are always polite and take time to answer any questions that I have. I always feel that I have received the best service and that they are very reasonable with their pricing.

I highly recommend! Went for an oil change in he Jetta very fair priced. Needed work done on the beloved tundra, they were able to do the work same day. I couldn’t be any happier! This station price gouges on gasoline prices. I paid $3.43 and drive 1 mile down the street and gas was $3.17 @ Coastal. You can drive 6-8 miles north or south and gas in $3.14 in Thornburg. Never stopping here again.

DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!!!!!!! RIP OFF The tow truck driver gets commission to take your car there --- and then they quote you an extremely high price. THEN they want to charge you for the estimate --- even when their website says FREE estimates! Do NOT allow them to strong arm you like they have me and other people!!! Kim is a liar !!!!!!!
