Auto repair service near Cascade, VA

So grateful for this service, the ease and convenience of it and how helpful Natalie and Brent were! Plus, I overdid it slightly on the services I ordered and Brent explained what I needed, what I actually didn't and why. I was grateful for that and makes me feel this is a company I can trust and highly recommend to all my friends! From booking online to the time my services were complete, was just over 24 hours. I especially needed that being so short on time this week and also wasn't looking forward to having to find a place to take my car in. I had no idea that this existed, but am so glad I found it!! I have always been a cadillac man and the dealerships are over rated and too exspensive for repairs. Mr. Scott started out working for Cadillac and he is My Mechanic. Always honest , great prices on repairs , this guy knows his stuff. give him a try you won't be disappointed. It's funny alot of other shops that has opened in the past few years started out working for Donnie at Scott Automotive. 25 years in business says it all.

I have been taking my 02 Honda VTX 1800 motorcycle to this shop for service for years. They always do outstanding work at a reasonable price. Todd is very professional and helpful, and Jimmy is an excellent motorcycle mechanic. I highly recommend this business for motorcycle service.

Completely ruined a brand new 2011 Challenger(less than a month old) that was hit buy a drunk. None of the body lines matched, beat the dents out and used bondo, charged $1300 for body work when the factory new parts cost $500, Took it to them three times to correct the issues. Took pics after second time and sent to insurence co and they even said it was unacceptable. No since of pride in their work. 10/29/2012
