I paid 220.00 for my starter to be replaced because my car was having a difficult time starting. Three days later I kept having the same issue of my car not starting. I returned on the same day to have a mechanic look at my car. A mechanic looked at my car and then explained what the problem could be but he didn't have enough time. I was asked to bring my car back two days later. I arrived on time to wait 20 minutes to have a different mechanic look at my car and was told that the original mechanic was too busy to assist me. They were not trying to help me resolve this issue because they were not making money of the visit. I will not return I'd rather travel 45 minutes to an hour than go to a place that's 5 minutes away. Poor customer service especially when you confront them about their work.

My name is Ann Hardman. In the beginning of the summer 2012 I hired Tri County Glass to install custom glass shower doors and a wall for my newly renovated bathroom. The owner quickly came out and gave me a quote. His quote came in somewhat less than AAA Glass, his major competitor. The glass was installed on time and I paid for the work. BUT the glass has leaked and leaked. We have been unable to use our shower for over three months. This is unacceptable. Rick has sent some workers out a few times to work on the calking. They did a horrible job and the leaking continued. On the last visit (third try) I found that the rubber calk on the shower floor. I called that day to inform the owner of the poor job the installers did. He never called back, but three days later showed up unannounced. I was happy that he came, but it is respectful for workers to call ahead. Tri-County Glass rarely returns messages and when you ask if they received your phone message they act as if they did not. No customer service. One time they said that they would come out and fix the water leakage in the morning; they were a no show. My husband called them at 1pm and asked where they were and told him that they were on another job and to hang around for a few more hours. My husband had to go back to work. No work done for either them or my husband. Tri-County Glass has not been easy to work with. They have left me frustrated and angry. I recommend never to use them for your glass needs. I plan to use AAA Glass in the future. Pass the word that they are not worth the effort or money. BTW- We still can not use our shower. If they make good, which I have no faith in that I will revised this review.

I was a skeptical customer, since my insurance company (Progressive) wanted me to do my extensive 07 Tundra Crew Limited 4X4 5.7L work there. Anytime an insurance company recommends a shop, IMO it means the work is cheap for them. So I was expecting shoddy work, and that I would not be all that happy. Wellll.... Half of my truck needed new paneling. One door was mangled and wouldn't even close and the adjacent passenger door had trouble opening and closing. But insurance company hooked me up with a nice Dodge 4X4 V8 1500 that was a lot of fun to drive while the work was being done. There were so many panels that needed to be fixed on my truck, I was expecting AT LEAST a month of work, if not 6 weeks. Surpisingly, I got a call 2.5 weeks later from my insurance company saying that the work was pretty much done. I thought it was a mistake, but 2 days later, 2 Guys called and said come get my truck. I'm thinking, OK, that's gonna need to go back, so I drove up there prepared to find all the problems that still needed work. When I got there, I saw what appeared to be a new Tundra sitting on the lot. Didn't think it was mine, but instead a new one that maybe someone working there had purchased. Upon closer inspection, learned that the truck WAS mine. I looked for problems with pinstriping, but it was perfect. I opened and closed the doors expecting alignment problems other posters spoke about, but the doors latched just like they did when I bought the truck from Toyota. Headlights that were missing from the accident were present, functioning AND aligned (beam went where it should). Even the fog lights were aligned correctly. The sonar sensors all worked, both doors locked and auto windows functional as expected. I am an engineer, so I am extremely pickly. The paint job was perfect, and the gaps between panels were factory spec and consistent along the lengths of each panel. My husband and I are new to the area and we were looking for a new mechanic. Unfortunately, we needed to find one sooner rather than later when my car wouldn't start one morning. My husband called Antietam Auto because its .6 miles from our house. They gave us the number to a great tow company that they usually work with and I had my car towed there within the next day. By the end of the day, Justin had diagnosed that I needed a new starter and had ordered it right away. He had my car fixed and ready to go by 10am the next day! I was blown away by how fast he fixed my car and by the low price he charged me compared to other mechanics I have gone to. He even did a complementary 27 point inspection of my car which I thought was a very nice touch. I am BEYOND thrilled with my experience with Justin!!
