Auto repair service near Maurertown, VA

My car needed tires. Meineke actually referred me to another place to get all 4 tires. They didnt try and sell me things I didn't need or want. I came back for my alignment and inspection! I will definitely go back for service on my vehicles and refer people here. Oh and the techs and the front person were very nice and helpful.

Check engine light was on and they were very straight forward and told me what it was before they fixed it and also told me a price up front

Professional and personable gentlemen, give these guys a try. Well run shop, honest and dependable work. Had front end work and brakes done here. They will give you suggestions about how to make your car run better, but won't do any work unless you approve it. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with my experience at Luray Import Service. Randy gave me all my options regarding the job - whether or not to do the water pump, after-market v/s dealer parts, etc. - and the pros and cons of each. He was able to answer all of my questions and was always available. His invoice was detailed and easy to read. And the price was considerably less than what I was quoted in Northern Virginia. I will be back.

Had a vehicle towed into this shop for service due to breaking down on I81 heading to New Market. I never received a call letting me know what work was going to be done, what cost or when it might be completed. After reviewing the bill and checking prices for parts, it turns out they double the cost of parts for their repairs. I don't mind a company making a profit, this is what keeps them in business. However, I do find it extreme to try and make a 100% profit on parts. My advice to anyone getting service here, bring your own parts and keep a watchful eye on them for sure.

Good honest customer service. You will not be disappointed but the way you are treated here. Scott is the person to ask for. He will work with you in a down to earth manner that is both pleasant and straight forward. I have purchased a dozen cars and dealing with Scott is very personal and it will not feel like a hostile takeover. Highly recommend.

I put down 7/10/11 but to be honest I need an end date because I STILL DON'T HAVE MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!!! We had hail damage done to it and were told it would be done by FRIDAY. I guess I should have asked which MONTH!!!!!!! Because as it stands as of today 7/21/11 we still DON'T have our car!!!! This is NOT THE FIRST time this has happen either!!!! We have been lied to about the time our car repairs would be done and even been told "well that is what I heard", as a smart remark, from the person who told us it would be done in 5 days!!!!!!! I will NEVER take my car here again!!!!!!! That's a promise!!!!!!!We got a call telling us that they are detailing our car instead of fixing a problem that THEY MISSED!!!!!!!!So NOW they have had our care since 7/9 which will be 7/22 (13 days) 8 days LONGER than we were told AND IT ISNT EVEN COMPLETELY FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Oh and as for the first time we had a problem that problem hasnt been fixed either!!!!!!!!!!!GO somewhere ELSE to get your car fixed this is NOT an OPTION AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst company I have ever had the bad pleasure of dealing with. Biggest problem of many others, was they can't seem to speak or even understand the English language. Not to mention they don't seem to know how to fix automobiles professionally, and charge way over price on repairs. I would advise all to search elsewhere for more reputable auto repair shops in the area, before getting snagged into this one's grasp.
