Dealt with Chris Jewell I took my car for repair this guy was trying to rip me off but unfortunately I know all the pricing went there twice once I took 2010 Honda civic he estimated 4000 dollars ended up taking the car to Primo and spent 900 only, second time I went with a hail damaged vehicle estimated more than 5000 to fix it, Now the vehicle is being fixed for 2000, the other thing they have no knowledge in customer service very poor in negotiating, guys if you are looking to fix your cars this place is a total rip off stay away and save money.

Paul Overstreet is passionate and meticulous about his work. I've been taking my Audis (A4 Quattro and A6 Avant) to him as long as I've owned them. Anyone who knows Audis know that they are a blast to own and drive but that repairs can be expensive. Paul is a perfect alternative to a dealership, and does not artificially inflate prices or shop time to increase revenue. And he doesn't suggest or perform needless repairs for the sake of making more on a particular job. Add to all that the fact that he's easy going. Many thanks to all Mr. Dennis (Manager of AAMCO)and all auto repairmen located at located 1134 Emmett North Street Charlottesville VA. My daughter's car wouldn't start on Parent Weekend at the University of Virginia (UVA). The last thing I needed was an unexpected auto repair bill. GEICO towing service recommended AAMCO, my daughter researched the services and read GREAT reviews. The car was tow and dropped over night to AAMCO, with dropped box for keys,safe lighting and parking over the weekend. I called Monday morning spoke with Mr. Dennis, the car was immediately diagnosed, it's the starter. The part was order, started installed and car back on the road within a day. During pickup my daughter's ran out of gas. The AAMCO Manager, Mr. Dennis filled the car to 1/2 gas meter. I called to pay for the gas, I got "NO extra CHARGE" they were glad to help my daughter again. This is TRULY how you are suppose to treat ALL CUSTOMERS, ALL the TIME. Many, many "Thank you" to everyone at AAMCO on 1134 Emmett Street, Charlottesville, VA.... You BLESSED my daughter and I today.

Got 4 new tires install.Waited in waiting room with big window to shop.Afer tires installed. There tech Zackery backed my suv up and took off reving engine and spinning rear tires across shop floor.I complained to front desk.Went Outside Noted They did not replace Chrome metal tire valve caps.Back to front desk to 3 techs down hall laughing about my complaint & missing caps ;They replaced with plastic chrome caps. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!Doug

Poor service and horrible business ethics. I was mislead (lied to) regarding what service I needed to purchase in order to get the undercarriage of my car cleaned, treated rudely by the cashier, not refunded for the overcharge but given a certificate for a less costly future wash, then the original over charged service was unacceptable and I returned with in the hour and twice asked for the problem to be correct, and it wasn't. When I complained and asked for a refund, the President and CEO, Henry F. Weinschenk, apologized for the over charge and poor service and told me I had be compensated with a coupon. No refund was given. This business completely earns an "awful" rating.
