Auto repair service near White Post, VA

My car needed tires. Meineke actually referred me to another place to get all 4 tires. They didnt try and sell me things I didn't need or want. I came back for my alignment and inspection! I will definitely go back for service on my vehicles and refer people here. Oh and the techs and the front person were very nice and helpful.

I too am a car guy (former mechanic in fact) and was very impressed with Bill’s integrity and ability. I rarely have time to do the work my self these days, so I will be relying on EuroService Automotive again in the future.

After moving my 1990 Corvette up from Florida, I was looking for a shop to take care of it. I was charged over $1000 labor for what seemed to me about 3 hours work. I asked my FL mechanic (who has performed all work since I bought the car) to review the invoice. My suspicions were confirmed when he said Walter is a clown and a ripoff artist. Needless to say, my efforts to get a sensible invoice or justification of a 100% inflated invoice have been met with stonewalling and now silence. This shop is anything but professional. Move on if you value the contents of your wallet.

Good honest customer service. You will not be disappointed but the way you are treated here. Scott is the person to ask for. He will work with you in a down to earth manner that is both pleasant and straight forward. I have purchased a dozen cars and dealing with Scott is very personal and it will not feel like a hostile takeover. Highly recommend.

I took my car for a standard oil change. I have always taken good care of my vehicles, following manufacturer recommendations. This was my first visit to Trinity in Winchester, VA. Friendly, quick service. However, in the first 5 minutes they broke my dipstick. No one apologized, offered any compensation or felt bad about the situation. Not only that, the dipstick was stuck in the car's dipstick holder. I called the manager and told him my concerns, and he said that 'it happens all the time, nothing I can do.' I feel this was very bad for business and I will not return.

I put down 7/10/11 but to be honest I need an end date because I STILL DON'T HAVE MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!!! We had hail damage done to it and were told it would be done by FRIDAY. I guess I should have asked which MONTH!!!!!!! Because as it stands as of today 7/21/11 we still DON'T have our car!!!! This is NOT THE FIRST time this has happen either!!!! We have been lied to about the time our car repairs would be done and even been told "well that is what I heard", as a smart remark, from the person who told us it would be done in 5 days!!!!!!! I will NEVER take my car here again!!!!!!! That's a promise!!!!!!!We got a call telling us that they are detailing our car instead of fixing a problem that THEY MISSED!!!!!!!!So NOW they have had our care since 7/9 which will be 7/22 (13 days) 8 days LONGER than we were told AND IT ISNT EVEN COMPLETELY FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Oh and as for the first time we had a problem that problem hasnt been fixed either!!!!!!!!!!!GO somewhere ELSE to get your car fixed this is NOT an OPTION AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst company I have ever had the bad pleasure of dealing with. Biggest problem of many others, was they can't seem to speak or even understand the English language. Not to mention they don't seem to know how to fix automobiles professionally, and charge way over price on repairs. I would advise all to search elsewhere for more reputable auto repair shops in the area, before getting snagged into this one's grasp.

Do not buy from Blue Ridge Auto Glass in Winchester, Virginia! I got a new windshield put in on Thursday and discovered two chips on the edge of the glass on Friday. Robert from there told me he was sorry and he would order a replacement windshield for me. When I called to confirm the appointment I got nothing but arguments from the office. They refused to replace the defective windshield and called me a liar. They said I should have inspected the windshield before I left. I should never have trusted them on reputation alone. They tried to convince me that chips on the edge of the glass were a stone chip. They would have said anything regardless of how ridiculous in order to avoid standing behind their word and thier work. I have never felt so cheated in my life. Don't buy from this company. I don't understand why they would let one windshield which they apparently damaged during installation ruin the reputation of their company.

I am very disappointed with my experience with this company. I originally called to ask for an estimate for getting my car's windows tinted back in August 2011. I had never heard anything bad about any of the local tint shops, so when he gave me the lowest quote, I decided to jump on it. I am supposed to drop my car off at 8:00 am to get it tinted, and I have a family member follow me there to drive me home. I arrive a few minutes early, knock on the door, but there is no one to be found. No one shows up until a quarter after. I hand over the keys, and get a ride home. Later, around noon, he calls me to tell me my car is ready. I get a ride over only to discover he does not accept anything other than cash. I tell him I'll go to the atm to get cash, and on my way there he calls me to tell me that I am wasting his time, that he has obligations and that I need to hurry up. I come back, pay, and leave. Two weeks later I leave for school. While at school I notice several imperfections in the back window, including two areas where he tinted over dirt on the window. Over my winter break I ask him about getting it fixed, he tells me to come by on a warm day and he'll see what he can do. I figure, alright, I'll come back during the summer and have it fixed. Fast Forward to June 2012. I show up and he agrees to fix the window next week. I have to call in to reschedule because I have work that day, and he says he won't be able to fit me in the rest of the week. (Note:I called in three days before my appointment.) He says no problem, come in when you know your next schedule and he'll take care of it. I show up on my second appointment, ready to drop my car off. He is finishing a pinstripe on another vehicle and tells me that he is going to have to charge me forty dollars for the warranty work. His reasoning is that I stood him up twice. I told him that I was not going to pay him for what should have been done right the first time. He then begins to lecture me

they installed a ball joint on my van that was brand new and didn't even put any grease in it it failed less than three months later they tried to say I didn't grease that I said well I paid you to put it in and it's brand-new you don't even have enough common sense to grease the bearing. Second time we had a blowout on the highway and the guy we called AAA they called Minute Clinic shows up and come out there without a jack. The third time they towed the vehicle unauthorized charge me a hundred thirty bucks
