Your tech was awesome and gave the vehicle we were purchasing a thorough inspection. He looked at it for roughly two hours which completely surprised me. He did find a minor issue with some noise and we are having that fixed by the dealer. The shop gave is a great report and they said they would not hesitate to purchase the vehicle. We did just that. I had been having a bad week, my vehicle was taken from me by my ex on 6-19 and so I bought a van on 6-20. I had to transport 3 girls from Tacoma to Yakima on 6-21 for a meeting and on the way the van started making a helicopter sound. I stopped in to Bestlows and James came out and took a look and I am so glad I did stop there. The lugnuts were loose on my drivers side front wheel, when he told me that, mine and the girls lives passed before my eyes. Considering the curves we were about to go on. He did not charge me but the info he gave was so valuable money cannot repay. He sent us on our way but I will never forget my angel who helped us. All I can so is thank you, thank you, thank you. After calling around and getting help from family and friends I decided to have my wifes 2009 Grand Caravan towed to Aamco in Puyallup. Actually, they towed it for free. I knew it needed transmission work, because it wasn't shifting up out of 2nd gear. They did some diagnostic stuff, which was also free, and found that the solenoid pack for the transmission was not operating properly. The reason I decided to write this review is because I don't know anything about transmissions, and they could have told me anything they wanted to, and I would have believed it. They didn't though. They could have told me I needed a whole transmission rebuild and I would have just said okay. What they did do was be honest and only recommended that the solenoids be replaced along with a transmission service. WOW!!!!! An actual honest shop. We are sooooo inpressed. Insread of $3500.00, we only paid $593.72, and the van drives as good as new. We will definatly be doing all of our repairs at this shop in the future and they get our thanks and highest recommendation.
