The work that was done on last visit was done properly, albeit very expensive. I received a Quote for more work that needed to be done. I contacted other Subaru Repair Shops and got their quotes....They all come in at 50% or more less for exactly the same work. I was disappointed, as I have been going to All Wheel Drive for several years. I trusted them. I understand that AWD needs to make money, but charging 50% more is over the top for me. They have lost me as a customer.

I brought my car in for a check engine light. I let you know that I had replaced the gas cap and was curious if there was anything associated with that which could cause the problem. You charged me 250 to replace a gas cap because you needed an hour of labor to get the car set up for testing. I just googled what the first thing to check is if your check engine light is on and it says to check the gas cap. I even asked you on the phone if there was anything I should check before bringing the car in. I’ve been coming to you consistently for the past ~8 years. I would expect better customer service.

Monte did a quick check, told me the exact price. Installed to new Coils & Spark Plug Assemblies. The Speed Sensor Checked out okay so he reset the Check Engine Light. He gave me an exact quote before he started the work. He got the work done quickly and I paid him. He came to my location. Now my V-10 is purring like a kitten. Monte is completely competent, his prices of very compettive and will definitely use him again. I have already recommended him to two of my friends with RV's. I give Monte 6 Stars!

Automotive Diagnostic Center, Marysville, WA: I had done business with Mr. Wilbur over a year and ½ (September 2014-May 2016). In that time, I put over $11,000 into his business, including an engine rebuild. I would say I got about 55% good and 45% bad for my money. He has problems with some of his parts (distributor, alternator), and some of his mechanics (leaving parts loose or forgetting to do work, overfilling at oil changes repeatedly, and putting coil wire near engine so as to die on the road). His A/C mechanic misdiagnosed twice at my cost, though Mr. Wilbur promised air blowing "popsicle sticks." Also, once Mr. Wilbur had determined my bill, he has typically refused to change it, no matter how ridiculous the charges are. He comes across as knowledgeable and friendly, until you realize he overcharges, and there are too many recurrent problems from the work done there. He claims higher prices for the supposed quality. Mr. Wilbur refuses to honor one of his warranties. An alternator was installed on 12/2/15 by one of his mechanics. On 12/3/15, a check engine light came on, and it looked like a problem. I called Mr. Wilbur, and he said to bring it in. The check engine light went out by the time I arrived there. Mr. Wilbur seemed happy at this, and did not have his mechanic take a look. Six and ½ months later, Mr. Wilbur’s alternator not only failed, but it also destroyed my PCM (confirmed later by a separate mechanic after Mr. Wilbur's alternator destroyed other new PCMs until the alternator was replaced). I called to Mr. Wilbur since I was stranded out of town with the failed alternator. He did not respond back in almost 2 business days, when I had to call again and take care of it myself. Yet, Mr. Wilbur refuses to reimburse me to this day, and it has cost me an added $1480.72 because I went to his shop. If he would have reimbursed me fairly, I would not have had to write this. I see others have had similar experiences with Mr. Wilbur.

These guys are so unprofessional and have the incompetence on a level you wouldn't believe.. The practices they follow or go by are unfathomable. BASIC INSTALLS AND PARTS REPAIR are just pain TERRIBLE. Its unfortunate a shop like this is able to be in business after they do such extremely poor repairs. Businesses like Randy's off road connection and Randy's Custom Exhaust owned by RANDY LYBBERT, that operate under a different entity like B and M of Western Washington Inc. ONE should question why there is no transparency and why someone would go to such lengths to hide your name. This business and people at the shop are truly taking advantage of uneducated people. MARYSVILLE IS A GREAT PLACE sad these guys are not in the publics best interest. Parts replaced or ruined by the incompetent mechanics will be at your expense, they honor and stand by nothing they touch. All reviews that consist of great service or a simple thanks, these stories are fake. They screw up simple procedures there is no possible way any work more complex could be performed on an excellent level. POOR PRACTICES , SUB PAR WORK , NO ACCOUNTABILITY , AND THE DISRESPECT TOWARDS CUSTOMERS. These are just a few of the issues you will encounter at Randy's off road. People in.Marysville and Smokey point deserve way better. Unreal what they can achieve by deceiving your perception..... simply STAY AWAY !!!
