I had immediate help when my car wouldn't start. We ran up against a weekend and a holiday. However, they got the work done in a reasonable timeframe and one of the things we really appreciated was their communication with us. They took time to talk with us, explain the situation and also returned calls. Hockett and Olsen went above and beyond to help us. They have managed to keep our very old cars running. We will continue to use their services in the future.

I can't believe how little I spent vs. how well my car is running. These guys are truely amazing. I got my AAA member discount too! They are honest and award winning.

I brought my car in for a check engine light. I let you know that I had replaced the gas cap and was curious if there was anything associated with that which could cause the problem. You charged me 250 to replace a gas cap because you needed an hour of labor to get the car set up for testing. I just googled what the first thing to check is if your check engine light is on and it says to check the gas cap. I even asked you on the phone if there was anything I should check before bringing the car in. I’ve been coming to you consistently for the past ~8 years. I would expect better customer service.

We would highly not recommend using this company. They are full of lies and deceit. They do not take accountability or follow thru with their verbal contracts.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I took my car in to get tires changed over. I have low profile tires and they are difficult to mount but I expected a professional business to know how. Boy was I wrong. I got the car back and all 4 rims were scratched all the way around the lip. I went and got the manager and he said he was the one that mounted these. He then started saying look at how dirty the rims were and I obviously didnt take care of them so I had probably done that. I was getting so angry I just walked away and later just decided to cut my loses and let it go. 2 Months later I had 2 tires go flat on me. I had it towed to the closest shop and they took a look and said Wow the beads on the inside and out were damaged because of improper mounting. I went back to Midas and showed them the other shops written statement and said all I wanted was reimbursed for the tow and the new tires that was put on. He blew me off and said no. Long story short, I would not trust them with my car and the manager does not care about customer service or satisfaction.

Prices are ridiculously high. Customer service is non-existent. Ive seen employees standing behind the counter talking and laughing and customers waiting in line not being served. They didn't stand behind their guarantee on the lights they installed on my car. They also had a very angry customer in one day because they installed something on his car and it broke and they weren't going to fix it but they stood there and egged the man on and the problem a lot worse than it had to be.
