Rarely, if ever, have I received better service from an establishment than what I received from D&M. We were on the road pulling a large horse trailer with a horse when we began having alternator problems. Kevin, Sam and the staff made every effort to identify the problem and get us back on the road as soon as possible. IF THERE WAS A WAY TO MARK NO STAR, I WOULD. SOLD ME A CAR WITH BALD FRONT TIRES BUT NEW TIRES ON THE BACK. MY BAD FOR NOT CHECKING THEM BEFORE I LEFT THE LOT. BRAKES WERE SHOT TOO, AND THEY DID PAY TO HAVE THEM FIXED, BUT THEY WEREN'T NICE ABOUT IT. CAR STILL HAS ISSUES AND THEY WON'T FIX.IDLE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY EITHER. I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY FROM THEM OR REFER THEM TO ANYONE.
