I am a woman and went in with a noise in my front end. They said it was 2 things. Said it was not covered under my warrant but was not safe to drive unless I got it fixed. So I did. I still have the same noise, same problem and 1 job was covered under my warranty that I paid out of pocket for. Service is top down the best. It can be difficult to find good European car service in a small town but Pats Speed Shop does it right. He is a great mechanic.
