Pretty good when you know exactly what you need. I've started losing power to my engine, and now its begun to die. I took it in and they said they could not re-create the problem and so couldn't do anything for certain. They replaced my thermostat, fixed my alignment and put on new front tires though. After some quick research, it seems to me the first place I should be looking is my spark plugs or fuel pump. Lack of spark or fuel is likely the cause of loss of power, says the google. Why didn't they say anything about these parts? Why didn't they ask me for more details on the symptoms rather than just taking my $400 and handing the keys back.

They were fixing the power steering when we bought the car. 2 months later the power steering hose needed replaced because of bad placement (rubbing on the belt), 2 weeks later the power steering locked up and started to smoke. The last time we left the shop they also left the bottom of the car unattached. We tried to give them a shot, but everyone in town told us to stay away from them. Should have listened because now we have to pay a lot more to get it fixed by a trustworthy company.

Also, I made a phone call to a local Church and REV. from Laramie, Wyoming and as I called the fellow REV. and his church we discussed these racist acts your business supported as he was very aware of what has happened and he was in shock. Your business has violated the mental being of the town and the couple which attempted to buy a vehicle in questioned. This is just amazing to see that people cannot just come together and be as one. This is a utter outrage and will be mentioned in our church and local church in Larmie. This information will be passed on strong and I am sure you will be hearing more from many loving people and you are to suffer the consequences of being a creator of a new discrimination builder against a couple of your Community, Which are One a Proud "Vet. of the United States Military and a Dr. of the State University in town. Just Sad!

brought my truck in for a missfire they said i needed injectors they broke one hold down bolt and charged me for the tool to get it out then they crossdrilled the head and trashed it and told me i needed to spend another 10k to replace the cylinder head i said no way went to Mr Diesel across town and they fixed the cylinder head and all the stuff not done correctly by hallers and i was out the door around 2 grand save yourself the trouble go to Mr Diesel instead
