I went there to be treated very poorly and I wouldn't recommend going there unless you want to get the stink eye from the people working there or when you leave for them to talk about you. I truly wouldn't recommend going there. I was taken care of by a girl named Hayley. She was more worried about her phone than me and when I tried to get her attention all i got was an attitude like she didn't even wanna bother helping me. And as i walked out she started talking about me and the customer right behind me that was entering turned right around and looked at me and said that is screwed up. I also got helped by a girl named Kim who was more worried about her boyfriend and would tell me to wait a minute so she can give her boyfriend a kiss. There was a lady that worked there I think her name was Terry. She was a manager, but seemed so oblivious about what was going and wouldnt even try and take control of anything. I got taken care of a couple times by 3 people that made my visit so pleasant. Their names where Amanda, Christian, and Crystal but I haven't seen them for a while and now I wont even go in unless they are working because i feel as though that i am gonna get treated like dirt like the last few times I have gone. There were customers that were there that would make it seem like they owned the place. This one customer gave me an attitude and when I tried to say something about it the guy was like you'll get kicked out before me man and the cashier even said so. I didn't appreciate the way I was treated and I feel as though this company needs an intervention.

I bought my Rogue from another state thank God, If the sales department is anything like the service department then this dealership is in big trouble.** Customer service lacks professionalism when you meet with your service writer I find they are too aggressive, too loud, too much in your face about your complaints and needs. Customer service is the front line between the dealer and the customer, not so at B/A Muncy PA. My car has an extended warranty bumper to bumper, when I made my apt for service I explained to the service writer that I have a problem with my auto headlights staying on during the daylight, before we got into the issue about the lights I was informed if the mechanic could not duplicate the problem I would have to pay the service charge about $60.00 plus dollars. I balked about paying for the service charge being I had never been told about that charge before with previous service repairs. When I checked in to the service department I was reminded about the charge before they would look at my car. I told the service writer I would not pay, the car has a warranty, I was told by the service writer that maybe we would not work on your car then, next comes the shop manager, he to tells me the same story. He did agree to give me 30 minutes free shop time to try and find the problem. Long story short his ace mechanic looked at my car for 2 minutes and that is the end of the free 30 minutes, he could not duplicate the issue nor did he try too. Once the car was done in the shop and was parked out side it took the service writer 25 minutes to tell me the car was done. My time was wasted my car is not fixed. Bad things happen to good people at bad places. I am forced to return to B/A for service because of my warranty, but when the warranty is done, so am I with Nissan.

Waited a day and then responded back to their email saying no one had contacted me. Still no response. If you have a system for people to schedule appointments online, then you better take are of it. Go find someone else. So much for providing good customer service

I took my car in with a fouled spark plug and they told me I needed a new head gasket and quoted me almost $2000 for the job. Since then I have had three other mechanics examine the car and none of them can find any problem with the head gasket it only needed the spark plug and wire replaced and there has been no furtherproblems with my car
