I had purchased a Ram 3500 Diesel from this place. It seemed like a reputable place. However on the way home after purchasing the truck, the engine quit. It would idle but when you went to apply the throttle it stalled out. This was due to an engine compression problem because someone who didnt know about diesel engines had monkeed with it. That wasnt the worst because my licensed dodge mechanic showed me that the truck had minor flood damage when I was not informed of this prior to the the purchase as required by law. After putting 5000 in repairs and replacement parts the truck runs like a dream, full power and a real workhorse. Moral of the story watch out for these a**holes, i learned a costly lesson and I hope what I had said here helps someone else from being taken for a ride you dont want.

i bought a car on a friday. by sunday the power steering pump was nearly empty, there was power steering fluid on the underside of the engine. i called them that moday and got put on with bill. he said it was not covered under the warranty. i asked if they would help me out since i only had it 48 hours and he refused. he said it was on me to get it looked at and repaired. they will not stand behind their cars and forget about service after the sale.

I am Interested in a lower price tarus, even if I bring in my 98 ford tarus SL the engine dives like the day I bought it...I would like to bring it in for a possable trade in. ( except my Inspection is on hold, until the rocker panel gets fixed, along with other rusted areas.....Since last August my health has been getting worse...only use the car for doctors and hospital visits. It comes to 4 to 6 times a month..Even if no trade In, I'd love to see some Used Cars around the price range of $ 1100.00 to 1500.00 Hope tadein is worth a good amount. I live in waymart, and am 67 years old..It's hard to walk & breath...COPD But I feel 45 years Inside, and want to have my Independnce By having a Nice car to drive around, when I want to. Before I bought the car, I had asked about service that is important to have done to the make (subaru) and was told it was done 8,000 miles previous. The car did have an oil leak, and before the warranty ran out, I requested that it be repaired. I was made to pay nearly $500 to have exactly the same repair done that I was told was done 8,000 miles ago. And it took over 2 weeks to do the repair, after I drove the car 25 miles to the garage doing the work. I was lied to, plain and simple......and went without a car for over 2 weeks, and spent a great deal of money to repair something that I was told was taken care of. Bad business practice, lying is. I will never buy a car there again. I have heard numerous stories that are very similar since. Not good people.

Purchased a truck for my son. it had bald tires so I asked them to change tires and do alignment and inspection. When we came back, it had used tires on it and had been inspected. After truck was pickuped, it went thru two sets of tires fast and son got in bad accident because of break failure. Nice people but not to sure if an actual inspection was done or an alignment. Break lines I were told were bad and should have been noticed on inspection. Now i am paying $4000 for nothing.

Dale does excellent work. He has been my primary mechanic for the last 13 years. He is honest and trustworthy. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a mechanic that won't take advantage of you.
