Thanksgiving Day the timing belt broke on my son's car while he was travelling. The main tow truck company refused to send anyone out to help him despite it being almost freezing outside and my son was stranded. No cops anywhere to be found. Called these guys and they were ready to help. I just had to get the car to them, when happened the following day. Rick answered the call and was more than ready to help. He was friendly and exactly what I expected when I think of small towns in Texas. The following day the owner, Mike, called and we talked about the situation. He was more than understanding and exceedingly helpful. I will remember this kindness as we pass through Navasota and will post reviews everywhere I can. This shop ROCKS!

Recently I was called to help with a tire that had gone flat on a pickup. It was after 5:00pm. I had to go to a parts store for a jack because the truck owner had no idea where theirs was. On the way back from the parts store, I stopped at Quality Car Care to ask if they could be open to do a repair. It was just before 6:00pm (their closing time), but they offered to remain until I could return with the tire, which they then plugged. The next day, which is the reason for the urgency, that vehicle was used for a 700 mile trip, and the tire gave no problems. My thanks to Quality Car Care for not watching the clock, but for giving their time and expertise to help when it was truly needed.

I came in and asked if I could use their lift to check my car for damage. They helpfully obliged and even gave me a whole list of pointers and improvements that I needed. The mechanics are professional and know what they are doing. Dwight Debenport

Custermer service 1/10 they tried to rip me off several times i would not recommend going to this dealer for mechanics or repairs Story ~They called me and told me my bike was done and left a voice mail ~I called them back and asked them how much it was so i could take the right amount in cash ~i got to the store and they had raised the price about 60$ claiming that the mechanic had not filled his hours ~I said I would not pay the new raised amount dew because they had called me about 4 hours earlier and left a voice mail telling me that my bike was done and i had called them back and Agreed on a price that was due ~The cashier guy said he was going to get his manager they maid me wait like 30 min( the store was a ghost town it was so empty) ~he finally came out and told me he could only drop the price about 20$ ~i told him no because we had already discussed the price on the phone ~after about 20 min of discussing and him and his cashier going to the back room to talk they dropped the price back down to what was originally determined on the phone and i paid ~then they claimed that my bike was not done and that the mechanic had to finish it (when they had called me about 6 hours before claiming it was done) ~They made me wait about 30 more minutes I dont know how it took the mechanic 3 hours to change what i change in my garage in about 45min + a beer break When i tried to get the inspection sticker they kept on making up excuses why it would not pass and that i would have to get them repaired before they passed it They have a clear conflict of interest in that they fix bikes and that they do inspection stickers When i went to another inspection sticker place i asked them about the claims that the guys at Action Sports had brought up and they said that my bike still met the standards imposed on us by the state They will rip you off if you let you let them

the reason i went there was because of the 5 star rating this company has and was very surprised because even though it was not the right part the machanic was telling me it might they check it throughly and instead of paying 1800.00 at another place these guys charge me 250.00 Well you know where my business is going to from now on. Try them out they are great. They don't presume they know everything but are honest as possible and don't give you any "bull" just straight facts and are resonable. Thanks for helping me out

I am new to Bryan Texas, and I noticed this place was always packed with cars and wanted to give it a shot. I needed an oil change and they offered a car wash also. OH MY GOSH!! They did an amazing job. I got the oil change and they not only washed and shammy dried my car they vacuumed and cleaned the inside. The guys all work so hard and really care about the service they give. They were fast and friendly. I gave 20 dollars in tip. This is my place to go now and I will definitely refer to everyone I see. THEY COOL!

The owner is dishonest. I would advise everyone to avoid this place like the plague. They will take your money and literally laugh while doing it. I lost 800 dollars that as a single mother I couldn't afford to lose and am still without a vehicle. Buyers beware !!
