I will have to call around for my next tire repair. I thought the cost was outrageous for replacing a valve stem on a tire I carry Ed in. Maybe the cost is in line with others, but I will be calling others before I just go to you.

The differential fluid was changed and cap wasn’t tightened and it leaked out. Had to bring it back for repair.

I had a 9am appointment for an oil change, at 12pm i called to find out the status. My car had not been started yet. I got a call at 2pm saying it was done. Poorly managed for appointments.

Not happy

Bad experience. Too many hidden prices. From $300 to over $600 at the end. No recommendations to fix car with AL SHOP

Seth is an honest & trustworthy mechanic and does excellent work. He always shows us what was broke/damaged on our vehicles as proof that it needed repair. I HIGHLY recommend Seth / Laatsch Auto to everyone.

Stay away from doing business with these guys , ignorant and hot headed.

Do not go there! Jake, the owner, was extremely rude to me. on 2-8-12 I was overcharged by $2, however the clerk had no idea how to fix this. The clerk, Judi, said she would leave a print out of the receipt and let Jake know o I could get my money back. I went back on 2-10-12 and Jake knew nothing about it. Jake then was extremely rude to me, rolled his eyes, told me he had no clue what I was talking about, and took $2 from his wallet. The way he treated me, a frequent customer, was uncalled for and I will not be going there again.
