Service Provided

Over the weekend of Dec 4th 2010, I had an accident involving my boat trailer. I was unable to put my boat back on the trailer in the condition it was in. It was 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. I called USA RV and Marine and asked if they could repair my trailer. What a wonderful experience! They were so friendly to me on the phone, and I brought my trailer down to them. They looked at it and offered to move somethings around to fit us into their schedule. I half expected to get gouged price wise, being in the bind I was in, and that I wasn't near home. I only needed to get my trailer repaired to get my boat home. They went above and beyond with their service. They restored my trailer completely, and they did it dirt cheap! They also had it back to me the next day. Their service department was a Godsend to us. What a friendly group of honest people! I can't thank them enough!
