heater repair

Service was fine, but I was quoted an incorrect hourly price (twice). When I called I was handed up the chain, eventually speaking to (I believe) the owner. He pointed out that their hourly rate was posted at the shop, which may be correct, but since this was a service call is a moot point. This could be resolved by having the tech give a written estimate or a copy of rates when they arrive on site. Get a quote in writing.
