Electrical Issue Cruise Air

Our Cruise air quit working on our Prevost , called Rv Doctor and they came right out and took care of our electrical issue . They got it fixed and has good pricing and excellent technicians that were very knowledgeable about the unique system . We are so please to contacted RV Doctor and we thank them for theirs experience and knowledge. We will be using them again and will be referring everyone that needs service work completed.

Multiple Service Items

first want to start out this review as I could not be more appreciated and thankful for the service and customer service received from start to finish. I have never experienced such nice staff at Rv Doctor and go above and beyond for a customer like me, and who truly care about you.My family and I waited in their lounge while we had my family and my dogs with us, which was not a problem at all. I do want to say the service location is beautiful as I have been to many and their are not as luxurious. I did wait and received the service items that were repaired by Rv Doctor. They did an outstanding job and they even followed up on the repairs they did the next day. My wife and I will be personally sending a gift to the location for the staff because of the Outstanding service provided. I wish you had another location back home in Alaska, I have never experienced a company that goes out of their way to be so kind and caring about us and our rv in for service! I will definitely recommend everyone in the area and when I’m back in town I know where to take my rv for all my service in the future! highly recommend !

Absolutely Nothing

Truly the WORST service I've ever experienced and the worst company. I very rarely will write a negative review, but I hope to save people from the issues that I went through. I have an issue with a few outlets in my RV not working and I called this company. Not only did it take weeks for them to fit me into the schedule, but the NIGHT before the scheduled day I got a call telling me that "the system made an error" and accidentally scheduled me for that day when they actually wanted to schedule me for another week later and that they wouldn't be coming out the following morning. I told them unfortunately I was scheduled for the first day and need to stay there and they told me they would "give me a call and let me know if they need to reschedule." I never got a phone call back that night, and the next morning they showed up, clearly in a rush. My RV gas tank was at half full and the technician told us that isn't enough gas and he wouldn't be able to work on the rv. We live a stones throw from a gas station and told him we would bring our gas can and be back in five minutes. We were clearly a burden from the start and he told us he wouldn't wait and he left. I called the office to see if there was a way they could make it back out today, and without even an attempt they told us we will be charged for the $95 service call fee (they take your CC information ahead of time, just in case they decide to screw you over), they would not be attempting to come back out, and that we can try and get back on the schedule and try again. The owner came to phone and constantly interrupted me, laughed at me when I asked him not to, and told me he would interrupt me because I'm wasting his time. He also made a point to tell me that I was just lucky he didn't charge me for the $135 an hour "labor charge", which I was NEVER told about. I was told over and over that there would be $135 "diagnosis fee" which implies a one time fee, not per hour. The owner very clearly doesn't value his customers and beyond that is also incredibly rude. I wish I had read the reviews more before we made this appointment and I hope that this review helps someone else make a decision. Their Better Business Bureau complaints are so sketchy. They have 1.5 star rating on Yelp, and 1 star on Mechanic Advisor. I love supporting small businesses, but this company is truly terrible and I strongly advise people to use another company.

charged 95 and didn't come to finish job

If I could give them 0 rating I would. Our cooling unit in our fridge needed to be replaced. Came out within an hour to get our $95.00. Our unit was still under warranty so they had the replacement unit within a week. Six weeks later our fridge is still not fixed. They were told on numerous occasions that we were leaving on March 31. We called them almost every day for the first while. Finally they told us the repair would happen on March 25. Waited until 11 a.m. no one called or showed. Called them and they assured us the fridge would be fixed on that day. Called again two hours later and received the same reply. At 5:15 p.m. they called and said no it was not happening but they would call us between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. the next morning. Never called. We called at 10 and Katie said she would call back. Called at 11 and said we were tired of being dicked around and either they were coming or not. Katie said no they weren't. Call the next day and asked to speak to the owner. Left a not so nice message. You would think that the owner of a company would call back to try to ease the situation but no nothing. They don't care that you have been without a fridge for 6 weeks. They just tell you what you want to hear and then nothing. If you want something done please don't call this company. They are very disorganized and can't tell you when it can be done. They were in a hurry to collect the $95.00 for the service call. After talking with people in the park we are at they have similar stories.

Very unprofessional! Called and asked if they were a certified Keystone mechanic and the owner said yes, he was certified to work on them. An appointment was made for "driveway service" and they were a no show. Two weeks later we called and they asked us to drop it off because it would make it much easier for them to do the repairs, so we did. It sat in their possession for over 90 days and absolutely nothing was repaired. During the 90 days, Shelley, (Queen of Excuses) never returned our calls or responded to emails and claims she never gets them. First she said she was waiting for the Warranty Company to return her calls. We called the Warranty Company and they had never been contacted by RV Doctor and assured us there records were spot on. When Shelley was confronted she said we misunderstood and she was waiting for the parts cost from Keystone and they were the ones not returning her calls. Then we called Keystone and they stated that RV Doctor Inc. is not an authorized repair shop so therefore they cannot purchase parts direct from the company. Lies on top of lies. Now we have picked up the camper that was there for leak repairs and a sewer gas leak and it has sat un-vented and leaked for 3 months. The smell inside is a lovely combination of sewer and mold. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

We called and the he came out, said he needed to order an oil pan gasket and another part. He said "No problem, we can get you up and running by next week in time for your trip on Thanksgiving." He didn't come on the day he said he would come. My husband talked to him and he said the gasket didn't come in but he hadn't been back to the office to check to see if they came in the mail?? The next day we called and called and he didn't answer his phone. Needless to say, we haven't heard from him at all and it's been 2 wks.

Rv repair

Called with three thing he fix one said he he'd be back called got the runaround for a week before the office told me he's not fixing anything. If I was the Boss he wouldn't have a job don't waste your time
