AC FIX
I took my Allegro Bus to Optimum RV because my AC wasn't working. I dealt with Brady and David. They were very honest and upfront about the pricing and timeframe to fix. They had everything it needed in stock and I was happy with there prices. I would recommend them to anyone needing rv servicing.

I got my first rv!
Everyone was so friendly and very honest, they told me right up front how the procedure was going to happen. They did a full inspection on my unit before it left and they showed me how everything was going to work...I appreciate the time they took with me and I didnt feel rushed... thank you

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ALL TOGETHER!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR WORK FOR THEM. They will do nothing but try to get over on you. They will do everything they can to make a buck. If you do decide to do business with this company make sure to bring a Profesional Mechanic to check the unit first because They have knowingly sold multiple units with hidden problems and when the customer finally finds them Optimum Rv will charge them to fix it knowing they gave it to you like that in the first place. 90% of their units come from the auction which means theres all kinds of things wrong with them. Trust Me, Ive worked for this horrible company for 6 months now and am appalled by the way they do business. Save yourself tons of money and trouble by going to a reputable dealer, Stear clear of this junk yard
