Service Provided

We have bought 5 cars through this company. We never had full coverage on the cars. They asked for the insurance cards when we switched our insurance company. We sent them the cards on a monday afternoon. Then between the hours of 6pm and 6am they picked the car up from the house that monday. There were no calls no letters... If they had called to tell us that we had to have full coverage we could of solved that problem within minutes. Even though we were in the wrong there could have been alittle more courtesy on there side. I had to leave for work at 6am and walked out to see no car. We called the police because we thought it had been stolen. So the city also spent money on this because they didn't even have the decency to call or tell us while they were doing it.
