Camp-Land's Service Department is prepared to serve you promptly in our 16 bay RV Service Center. Camp-Land RV is a motorhome chassis service center, as well as a warranty service center for most RV refrigerators and RV furnaces. Our RV BODY SHOP can handle major collision repairs in both fiberglass and aluminum construction, as well as major or minor RV roof repairs.

Very thnakful
Thank you all for a wonderful experience earlier this week. You helped us in a time of need and we are so very grateful. In particular, e want thank Cara and Roy for thoughtful, patient reassuring, competent service. also, a gentleman named named Phil patiently helped us with our questions about sewer drain hoses. And of course the Warranty Service Technician whose name we don't know, who so competently fixed our RV. You allowed us to go back on the road happily and with renewed confidence.

RV service
Very patient, explained lots of great information. Impressed at how well tech department inspected & serviced RV & walked us through it. Mathew was great at introductions & helping us pick out the right unit for us & Kelly was super at working with our schedule & helping as getting all paperwork and plates in order. Appreciate everyone's help with our purchases.

Fixed skylight and other repairs
Campland provided warranty services and immediately took our camper in when the skylight was leaking water, and repaired it until a new one came in. All other repairs were fixed. Service department called and explained any repairs or concerns we had. Very friendly staff at Campland. Would recommend to others.

Repairs and maintenance
Wade was excellent. You can see how much he cares about what he's doing. Everyone was very accommodating no matter the request.

Saved our Vacation!
We ran into problems with our trailer and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Very thorough and worked quickly to get our RV in and out of service. We were very satisfied when we left Campland.

repairs
So thankful for the time and effort in helping me. I appreciated their help, their lack of pressure, and their answering questions or finding the answers. They are a joy to work with and I'd have no hesitation sending my friends their way.

wreck damage
we were involved in a wreck on our way through Indiana in our motorhome. Campland RV did an excellent job of fixing our units so we could continue our trip. The even let us stay overnight in their parking lot while they did the repairs. I can't recommend them enough, they were professional all the way through.

sale and trade
Sorry too say that camp land does not care at all after sale. Traded in a travel trailer we bought from them only a year ago.was a real lemon,had in dealer 7 times in less than 8 months for really poor craftsmanship. Bought a new jayco 32 bhds and special ordered it from jayco. When we got the trailer we noticed a small dings in the side and told the service tech,the sales manager, the finance person and the salesman at the time of delivery. No one cared or did any thing to compinsate us in anyway.I've called and called and now no one will return our calls.we only live a few miles away and there is no help at all. If it were a new car I'm sure they would want a solution to there dent. Really bad customer service and care on there part.won't be buying any more over a few dollars in repairs. Pam in financing, doug there sales manager,and mike in sales. Buy from someone else. Please! Burns harbor camp land could care less, its been two months of calls to no answer on there end.

Service Provided
Dealer chooses not to post the selling prices of the RVs in inventory. Rather than waste time emailing the sales department for a price of every RV I was interested in, I chose to shop elsewhere. Rather shady that they do not post asking prices for their used RVs so consumers can make an educated decision.
