We've been going to these folks since 2002. Just for something different we did use a "Big Box" RV store repair shop that moved into the area. NOT a good experience...for quality in repair, or in customer service.
Lesson learned. We're back at America RV. I know they'll be consistent in repairs and take good care of us.
