purchaced product

We have been customers of T & S for 10 + yrs. Recently we made a purchace from Mike the owner that would have voided our Mfg. warranty on our new rig. When I called to inquire about returning the product Mike told me "call the mfg. Thanks" and HUNG UP on me! I couldn't beleive it. The reciept states 20% restocking fee on all returns. I was willing to pay that + buy a more expensive product and pay his service dept. to install the new product. I couldn't beleive he was willing to just give up my loyal business just like that! I will never be back to his store again. They were all very nice when they were taking my $$ but when it came time to back up what they sold me they left me out in the cold. Don't let the same happen to you. Don't buy anything you may have to return or you could end up in my shoes. Stuck with an expensive product you can not use.
