Fan replacement on an Atwood furnace
I never asked for a quote- Big Mistake!!! Part cost was doubled or more - I was charged $95 to diagnose a fan motor that I told them was the problem in the first called. I waited a month for the motor to be delivered. Then two days with my furnace disassembled while we waited for a squirrel cage. Total cost- $585 with an hour and a half attributed to labor!!! This is a scam artist. Never again. I talked to owner (Mark) about his exorbitant charges and offered him the option to make corrections. The check cleared today and he is now on my “do not EVER recommend or use again “ list. They have the honor of being the only company I have written a review for. Never again!

Exterior plumbing repair
On the advice of a larger local RV retailer I went to this facility to have a replacement holding tank valve and drain pipe replaced. This facility is disorganized and very small for a 40 foot bus, however the work, an essentially simple task, was completed albeit at a rather exorbitant cost. When on the road again all plumbing joints on the repair leaked. The installer had failed to properly torque hose clamps connecting the new pipes. Although this vendor describes himself as a "mobile service" he declined to make a service call to my address to correct the deficiencies.
