Added a Suspension MORryde 3000
We followed recommendations to have a MORryde 3000 put on our 2017 ORV and drove out Pendleton, OR to DRAKE's RV Service to have the work done. Although a long drive it was well worth the trip. We made a weekend (mid week cause of the COVID) of it and they promised to have us out in just a few hours if we arrived first thing in the A.M. Drakes did not disappoint. The work was professionally done, the service was friendly and affable. It reminded me of the local service/garage station that my Grandparents went to to get gas, and maintenance done that didn't break the bank. They were able to source parts that we needed while other places needed more time. Be forewarned to book early in the year because of this and other great reviews they are booked up solid well in advance of the year. Call in Jan or Feb for appointments in May or July depending on customers. While the shop is low frills and not designed for appearance sake it belies the quality work being done. Like your favorite diner that doesn't spend money on fancy linens and ambience but puts their money in what matters, the work and making customers satisfied. Thanks again Drakes! Best Wishes, PJ and Barb; PBJ4theRoad.

RV Repair
Drakes RV Repair was fantastic! We damaged our fifth wheel while on vacation and called the rep for our Artic Fox at Northwood in La Grande for help. They were completely booked up with RV repairs until next year so he referred us to the only guy he knew who could get the job done right, Drakes RV in Pendleon. We called Joe Drake, sent him photos of the damage and he told us to bring it in while he tries to order the needed parts since he has contacts at many of the manufacturers. We then diverted our vacation, driving all the way from Klammath Falls in southern Oregon to his location in northeast Oregon. It was worth the trip. He was able to order the parts where we offered to pick up the parts in La Grande since he was down 2 people on vacation. It was kind of him to take us in with such short notice. It took almost 9 hours over 2 days to repair the RV due to the frame welding. Their work is excellent (allowing us to get back to our vacation) and reasonable. The owner was very nice. It's so nice to make a new friend everywhere we go. I now know where to go when I need immediate help with our RV. I highly recommend them.

New TT
Purchasing TT from Drakes that was damaged in transport. They are fixing it up and selling it as new for a discount. Could not ask for nicer/more honest people. Joe, John and Dennis are very knowledgable about trailers and won't realease their work until it's done just right. I will always have my TT serviced at Drakes.

Service Provided
Drakes RV saved our vacation. Our camper roof started leaking the night we were in Pendleton, and we were told to go to Drakes. They took us in, worked on our camper which ended up needing the first 4 feet of roof replaced, and had us back on the road by 4pm to make it to our next stop. And best of all didn't brake the bank of our vacation funds. I don't know what we would have done without them. If I lived closer I would not have anyone but them work on our camper. Can't thank them enough. It is such a joy in todays world to find honest friendly people.
