Warranty Repairs

Bought Forest River Work and Play wr30 at keystone rv new castle pa.Had several warranty issues called forest river they said to take to valero rv sales delmont pa.Took rv to them 10/08/2012 they said they would take care of the repairs and would have to get approval from forest river.Paul the service manager brought rv into shop on 10/09/2012.After several calls to Paul the service manager he told me it would take app 5 days to get approval for the repairs.After several days I called him to see if he got the approval.I got supicious and contacted the warranty department at forest river talked to dwayne and he said he never received the request 12 days had now passed.Dwayne said he would call Valero and see what happened his rsponse was they never submitted the request for approval.I called Paul at Valero on 10/22/2012 he then submitted the request after 13 days it had laid on his desk,He had known that I needed the toy hauler for a huge racing weekend on 10/25/2012.During my conversation today he admitted that since i did not purchase the unit there he did not care if he got it fixed.So based on this situation I would suggest if you want an RV go to www.keystonervcenter.com green castle pa not Valero Rv in Delmont Pa
