Boat Purchase

My fiance and I bought a brand new pontoon there last summer got it home (an 1.5 hours away) only to find out speedometer and full gauge had never been hooked up for us. Trailer broke first time we used it. Motor we were sold and told would be wonderful for our family, is too small to successfully tube. We went back hoping to trade trade our pontoon for a bayliner and they treated us like we weren't worth the time of day. We had money to put down on new boat hoping to get what we wanted and they refused to even help us figure up the numbers. Said they sell toys and was nothing they could do for us. Sad part is this came from the owner/manager Randy. We have many friends that boat and would never recommend buying a boat there. Seems like once they have your money its over and you are nothing to them. The boat that we really wanted was there. However, with them refusing to help us we went somewhere else that treated us like customers not like something they just wiped from the bottom of their shoe. We got approved for a different boat which confirmed Randy was lying directly to us when he said we could not trade our boat in and get a different boat.
