Furnace
Took our Grand Design Reflection into Sonnys Camp and travel repair to have our furnace replaced. Was told it would be a month. We dropped by on a Saturday get something from our camper. We found our camper wide open, lights on , fireplace on and no one around. We had asked for it to be winterize because of temps dipping below 32 degrees. It had not been winterized nor was it ever done. We told the service people and they made a lame excuse with it having to do with the water heater. Then backtrack and said the tech was there just not in the caper??.Then they called and said the water heater circuit board needed to be replaced , we did not ask them to check the water heater. The water heater worked great when we took it in. We had been camping two day prior to taking it in. After a month of total BS. We asked when we were getting it back. Told in a week, Didn’t happen, waited Another week. Finally after a month and a half we went to pick it up. Tried to charge us for running diagnostics on fridge??why??? Nothing wrong with fridge. Grand designed paid them to replace the flooring and put in the new furnace. They continued to try and jack up our bill. Got it home the pipes were leaking from where they did not winterize. The water heater needs circuit board from where they turned it on with no water in it. We took pictures of how we found our camper that Saturday and that was one of the things we noticed. And fireplace was torched from where they let it run. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAMPER TO THESE PEOPLE FOR REPAIR. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION. My husband was the one who kept in contact with Grand Design about our furnace,they did nothing to help,then tried to act like they had done us a favor. Find someone who is trustworthy and will not scam you!!!!

RV recall and fix
We brought our Forest River Motor Home to Sonnys in Spartanburg for a switch recall and we also had them fix our water heater and a couple of other things. They are a Forest River authorized dealer. They fixed us up very well and highly recommend them to fellow RVers as we all are always in need of alternatives to CW and their sudden decline in quality and service. Highly recommended if you're in Spartanburg or the area for Freightliner and need RV specific stuff fixed.
