RV Warranty Repair

I purchased a new camper here a few months ago. Last week I stopped by (on my way home from a vacation) for the first time since my purchase to ask them to look at a small problem I was having. I was met by a service manager who began blowing me out for dropping by without an appointment. I live 70 miles away so it's not easy to haul my camper back and forth repeatedly. My attempt at explaining that all I wanted was for him to look at it was met with another tirade about how I was expecting him to take time away from PAYING customers for me. After several minutes of this I'd had enough and left. The owners seem like great people, but don't expect courteous service if this guy is there.
