Warranty Work

BUYER BEWARE!! The warranty work they have done on our 2011 Open Range Fifth wheel has been a nightmare! We have sustained water damage to our trailer floors and underbelly, with problems they just couldn't seem to fix. Every vacation we have taken has been cut short because of faulty workmanship--the last time we had black water dripping from the underbelly. They couldn't find it. Thank goodness for video and pictures and recordings of our conversations that will be sent to the manufacturer. BTW we did purchase this unit new from them. They were great until we walked out the door. I had to rate them a 1star but they don't even deserve that high of rating.
