Rental
I cannot express the gratitude we owe Rick at Rick’s RV Rentals. Of course he provided a great RV for us to rent, but he went far beyond and helped us in a time of great stress and need. He went out of his way to help us, even after delivery by calling and checking in with us to make sure we were okay. Not only do I highly recommend Rick’s, I commend Rick personally for genuinely caring about us as people. Thanks Rick! You are a lifesaver! The Coopers

RV Inspection
BEWARE!!! THIS MAN IS A THIEF AND CONARTIST! Last month, on May 13th 2020, I paid Rick $379 for an RV Inspection Report that he has yet to provide me but continues ignore me and my requests for the report. .He showed up last month looked around a bit, took some picture, gave me this whole speech about the content of the report, how detailed it was going to be and have all this information about evey part of the rv he inspects and have all these pictures and video he was taking during the inspection. At the end told me I would have the report by end of day the next day. Also offered to give me an estimate for the repairs. For weeks he kept telling me he was waiting for "prices" to give me the estimate and even though i told him i didn't need the estimate, just the report i paid for he just kept saying he was working on it. Now he simply will not return my calls or texts. This man took a disabled single mom's money for a job he advertises but refuses to provide the service. He is scum.

Repaired the fresh water tank and steps, plus gave my RV a full inspection to make sure there wasn't more going on than I was aware of.
I have a 2016 Thor Palazzo (33ft diesel pusher) that has been a headache since the day I bought it. I tried working with the dealership where I purchased it, but it seemed to continue having one problem after another, I even had Thor come pick it up and take it back to the factory in an effort to make it right. Long story short, after sitting for a year and refusing to go back to the same people I had been dealing with, I started looking for somewhere that I could take it for repair work. After doing some research online, I discovered Ricks RV Rentals and Repairs Inc. was actually less than 2 miles from my house and decided to give them a shot. I cannot express my satisfaction enough.....Rick and Junior took my RV in (after hours) and committed to turning it around in a very short time, they even had a cook-off event they were participating in at the same time, but they still managed to take care of me. These guys are very honest and perform high quality work, so I would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of repairs.

Repaired The 7 pin cable to the tow vehicle
Spoke to Rick and Junior about the chewed up cable on our Stealth Evo Trailer. They knew the problem and arranged to meet us at the storage location in 1.5 hours. When we met them they got started right away and had the new cable in place in less than an half an hour. I had been struggling with getting parts and the repair for parts of 2 days. Rick used his truck to test the connections and lights and they were done. they were great with customer service on the phone, and in person. Knowledgeable and quick repairs. They had good suggestions for other maintenance on the rest of the trailer also. They brought the team out to get things done. The price was more than fair and saved us time and trouble. Thanks guys!

Exceptional Customer Service
Exceptional customer service. I could not be more pleased with the week long trailer rental I made from Rick's RV. This is not a corporate in and out, one size fits all outfit. Rick took the time and offered any assistance required to get me down the road. This included assisting with trailer hitched and power adapters. Additionally, he was available for "on call" problem solving when I couldn't figure out how to get the hot water heater going. He took the time to talk me through the process over the phone with patience and expertise. Whatever it takes, Rick will do his level best to get you down the road. I will definitely use Ricks RV again in the future. Kevin S.

Water Damage Restoration far surpassed my expectations
Rick's RV Rental and Rick's Water Damage Restoration far surpassed my expectations. I took them a travel trailer that needed several repairs, weatherproofing, and restoring some major water damage to the front portion and bedroom. This trailer was going to be a Christmas gift for a family, so I needed a quick turn around. Rick and his staff were very nice and understanding. They made it a top priority and completed the lengthy list of repairs within just a week's time. The trailer worked and looked like new when I picked it up. They were very honest and fair priced. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone. Catherine Page

rent travel trailer
THIS GUY IS AWESOME, BECAUSE WHEN MY CURRENT RENTAL FELL THROUGH HE MADE IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO KEEP MY WORD TO MY NEPHEW THAT I WILL HAVE ONE FOR THE WEEKEND OF HIS BIRTHDAY, SO WE ALL COULD GO FISHING. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME RENTING A TRAVEL TRAILER AND HAD NO IDEA OF HOW TO USE ONE. HE WALK ME THROUGH THE PROCESS OF SETUP THE TRAILER AND THE FUCTION OF IT. ALSO, HIS COMMUNICATION WAS ON BEAT, EVERYTIME I NEEDED TO ASK HIM AN QUESTION HE WAS AVAILABLE AND RESPONDE ACCORDING.
