Sale of the RV
DO NOT BUY FROM BIG STATE!!!! Stay away for this place. You have been warned!!! After 2 months I still haven't received my title. I have called several times and still no call back. Legal action is in progress..

Used RV purchased
Please do not buy from these people. We purchased a unit from them and have now found so much damage. They are not honest people. Fast talkers that try to cover up the facts. We fell prey to their shabby business practices. Please please don't allow them to continue to rob hardworking people of their money and joy.Get the word out. Don't buy from Big State RV. What goes around comes around Sonny & Mary.

Rv Purchase
I highly recommend this business, I have been looking around for some I have been looking for a good deal and a good used trailer. I found both at this business. The managers were very helpful to me. I am very happy with my purchase.

RV repairs - NEVER happened!
Sonny and Mary made promises and excuses regarding the repair of an RV they sold to my family. It was still under warranty and they NEVER HONORED the warranty. They no showed to every appointment we made for repairs.

viewing of rv.s for purchase
I want to thank the manager’s at Big State RVS. We shopped around for sometime. I am very selective with whom I deal with financially. Some sales employees or owners conduct business in an aggressive manner or exaggerate their goods. The managers at Big State RV’S welcomed us-were delightful, and respectful. I was so pleased to see that in these rough times where us consumers look for great sales, and bargain hunt one can still find people like them. Competition may exceed forceful extents. My husband and I felt very welcomed, and were delighted with our experience and decision. We were shown what was available. We are business owners as well, and I find it completely refreshing to deal with business/sales managers for upfront. Ethics and great value to customers is highly commendable. Thank you, Mr. Mrs. M.
