Total rip-off! I was quoted a price for a repair, then charged over $100 more when I came to pay. It seemed like they were pulling the old "bait and switch" on me. After I complained, I was given a sob story about why they could not honor the price they had promised. Apparently it was due to an "adding machine mistake". I do not appreciate the dishonesty and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Be wary if you ever have to have your car repaired here.

I needed a new auto shop on the NE side of town. I heard great things about Bob's - they delivered. Prices are higher than the old shop that I had, but the shop is in a great location so I expect to pay more for convenience. They gave me a thorough report on my aging car, and said it was in great shape. I would highly recommend these guys!
