From Chicago, we were in Pensacola and needed tires on our Ford C-Max to be aligned. The rear tires were more than an inch out of alighment, which had caused serious cupping. I knew my AC repair was going to require taking the dash out of my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee to access the leaking part. He gave me an estimate and explained that there may be additional expenses but wouldn't know for sure until they got into it. I told him to go ahead and replace the heater core while he was in there since it was old too. He was done on time and budget for the job. I came to them again for another issue which he fixed.
