My car value is less than $1500. After an initial look Nevels called me and told me it would be $2545.00 to fix car. They misdiagnosed my car and I feel that was due to a personal argument I had with a mechanic there. I went to the shop ND spoke directly to the owner. They kept my car the entire weekend costing $250 additionally for a rental. On Monday, they fixed the problem ND told me it was only the ignition switch after all...go figure!! Then they charged me $410 to fix something normally they charge less than $250 total to fix. I will never take another car to them nor recommend them to anyone due to the unprofessional way I was treated by their mechanic.....highway robbery!!

I knew my AC repair was going to require taking the dash out of my 200... read more I knew my AC repair was going to require taking the dash out of my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee to access the leaking part. He gave me an estimate and explained that there may be additional expenses but wouldn't know for sure until they got into it. I told him to go ahead and replace the heater core while he was in there since it was old too. He was done on time and budget for the job. I came to them again for another issue which he fixed. I would recommend John at Discount Muffler and Brake. He did my exhaust system on another car several years ago as well and it was a very professionally done.
