I went in to get 2 new tires, because I was having flats, and I wanted them put on the front. He checked my other tires and said that I needed to get one more, because the 3rd tire had a pocket in it and it's not safe to drive on it.

I love this place the guys are always nice and friendly and they do a great job. The only hoe back to this place is the prices are too high for our rule area. When y’all buy parts for my local store in charge a 30 to 40% markup it makes it hard on the customer. It would help if we could buy the part our self or at least when you’re by the part we get it at cost.

My 2 front tires had slow leaks (is what I thought or they were ghost tires) Josh replaced the stems in both tires to see if that would help the problem and thought maybe there were problems with the rims and worked on those as well, have not had a problem since. Josh has called and checked with me to see if they are going flat and I truly appreciate that!

I had to wait a bit but there was a vehicle on the rack from the day before awaiting parts that were ordered, then there was another young man ahead of me.When my Geo was pulled in the shop they had my front end aligned in maybe 30 minutes. It was a great experience everyone was very nice. I was a little surprised that the lifetime alignment had risen as much as it had but I still paid the price because I’m going to own the vehicle indefinitely,so no more alignment fees ever on this vehicle and my diesel pickup as well.

We got to the store right after they opened and was surprised to see so many people there before us. We were expecting to have to wait a long time to get tires put on and an oil change. Before we knew they had our van finished and we were on our way. Thank you for taking care of us so well.

Brought in wife’s car for 4-wheel alignment and to re-hang driver side road light. When she picked it up, she got a complete report on the alignment but no attempt to fix or mount the road light was apparent. May have been too busy but an explanation would have been nice. Impossible to get to if not on a lift or I would have already have it remounted.

When I called for an appointment to get by truck serviced the manager did a great job of getting me in quickly and, as usual, the work was done quickly and I was on my way. I am always pleased with the service I receive at Plaza, and that's why we do business there.

I was shocked to pay 30 dollars for a flat and could not believe that after a 25 dollar charge for flat there was also a 1.90 charge for the patch. Guess the next thing is to charge for the air. I was wondering so I check other places to find a 15.00 dollar standard.

on 12/03/2021 I wanted a rotate and balance, flat repair and oil change. I was showed the tires I was having problems with were no good, so I bought 2 new tires. My wife paid for it, and we left, I looked at the bill when I got home and noticed I was charged for flat repair and rotate that did not happen, so I called and talked to James, and he told me they would refund me on my next visit. I returned on 06/08/2022 to get my tires rotated and balanced and oil change, they did the oil change, they were parking the truck when we got back so I went in and paid for the service, and they did deduct the refund from my bill. The next morning I walked pass my truck and noticed the new tires were still on the back and if they would have rotated my tires they would have been on the front, so I called and they told me if I brought it back they would get me in and do the work, so we went back and they started on it right when we gave them the keys and John chipped the Crome on one of our rims and he showed it to us and we told him it was not bad enough to think about. I think they need to go over the receipts with customers before they leave. Thank You, Robert Butler

Not a good review. I brought my truck in for a check engine light they changed the spark plug and the coil pack and gave it back to me without even test driving it. The light came back on in two days. They asked me to bring it back and they would take care of it. They called me back and said it's the same check engine light we don't know what's wrong take it to the dealer. $250 and they did absolutely nothing but change some parts that probably didn't need changed.

This is a small town but I took a chance that Plaza Tire could help. I took my car in for something that one would think was a simple issue. The windshield wiper fluid wouldn’t do its job. Pump worked and the wipers worked. However, I knew this could potentially be a big deal to fix having done my research beforehand. Turns out it was a simple fix! I was very satisfied with the helpful information ,when I was trying to find the right tires for my car ....but I believe the front desk and the men actually doing the work in the service center need to communicate better with each other. I was told my vehicle was ready I left it most of the day but upon arrival to pick it up I was told that the alignment was not done and I could make an appointment for the next day to get it done , not being satisfied with that I left my car for three more hours for them to do the alignment so I think communication is key here .

The guy talked me into filling out a credit card application and would not charge me for the wheel balances and when he found out I was not approved he then charged me for the service and it gave me a hit on my credit score I was mad after that. Was on my way to Plaza with a battery light on and power indicator going down - lost all power before I could get there. Called and they offered a jump start to try and make it but I decided to tow instead. They worked me in later that day and replaced battery - when went to leave it started again - had to replace alternator also. Understand - they were swamped and managed to work my vehicle in before day's end as I live out in the country and this is my only means of transportation - was offered a ride home but not an option as it would leave me unable to get to town and work the next day. I was driving from Illinois to Louisiana when I hit a pothole that was so deep it went down to hell. My car immediately started making a horrible sound. I didn’t know the area and had no idea were to go for help. God lead me to plaza tire. The shop was getting ready to close and looked very busy. They were beyond kind when the agreed to look at my car. The pothole had damaged my strut. Being so kind and helpful they stayed late and fixed my car for me. I had to go back the day after I spent almost a thousand dollars for tires and parts Associated with them, because of a sensor that caused my tire to go flat. I had to air the tire up in order to drive 25 miles back to the store. I recently had to call Plaza Tire because my husband was out of town and my car would not start. It was in the carport and I had no way to move it and no way to go anywhere . Plaza Tire sent someone to my house within the hour !!The technician was very knowledgeable, he not only brought jumper cables, but a brand new battery also in case he needed it. He cleaned up after himself, was very aware also that I had kittens on the carport and was careful not to hurt them – and then he climbed into my car and moved it out for me and made certain everything worked perfectly. Still feel $20 each to mount and balance tires is just astronomically high, considering just a few years back it was only $10 each for the exact same thing. Walmart charges $22 for mounting and lifetime balancing, but just cause they raised their prices doesn’t mean you have to also!! The service is always attentive and friendly. My wait was very short because they weren't busy that day. I was surprised by the $21 price of fixing a slow leak caused by a nail, but then again I hadn't had a leaking vehicle tire for a long time.

I phoned them wanting tire prices and the fellow on the phone was so nice and helpful. I decided on a tire deal that expired the same day I called. So I made an appointment, told him to hold 4 tires and I would be in. When I got there he already had all my paperwork ready. They took my car back and put the tires on while I waited. I needed tires for the rear of my pickup and it was almost 4 pm. Arrived at Plaza Tire in Pocahontas, they had tires in stock, a technician was soon available, the tires were mounted and balanced, the pick up was returned to the front where I had parked it in a few minutes--- and they had a friendly smile all the time even as they took my money.

The customer servicev isn't bad, I've bought two tires from them. My issues are with the fact that they noticed a crack in my rim and still mounted the tire knowing I couldn't use it, I ordered and have my new rim on the way but I'm betting they will still charge me for taking the tire off and putting it on the new rim. My other issue is that when I got a ride up there it was by a friend and my tire was in the trunk, yet the car that I am getting emails about it not my car it is the Kia I got a ride in
