Truck repair service near Colorado Springs, CO

after taking my car in their the guy did not check his work. my clutch burnt up in less than a week. i started a case on him already. I have the clutch in hand. I have testimonials in hand. this guy gives you the run around and admit he does not check his work. he can not be BBB A+ when he sucks so bad. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE look into this scum bag. I'm going to update reviews everyday. I'm thinking about going to small claims court now. Please do not leave this guy BBB A+. Word to the wise.

Prior to bringing my vehicle in to this shop, I spoke at length to "Office Manager" Sara L. about my need to have repairs made to my Buick Rendevous quickly and that I could not be without my car for a long period of time. She assured me that if I brought it in on June 6, 2016 that my vehicle would not just sit in their lot and that it would be diagnosed and repaired quickly. I brought our car in as scheduled on June 6, 2016. Between 6/6/16 and 6/23/16, I called repeatedly to get an update, as the shop's owner Jim Morin did not call even once. Every time I called (which was at least 8 times), I spoke with Sara the "Office Manager" and she could not tell me ANYTHING about my vehicle...nothing about what was wrong with it, or even if the mechanics had even looked at it yet! She just kept saying that Jim (the owner) was the only one that could tell me anything about my car, that there wasn't a file on it and that none of the other mechanics would know anything about it. Every single time I called, Jim was apparently "gone for the day"...even as early as 1:00pm in the afternoon! Every single time I called, I asked Sara to please, please have Jim call me the next day and in the past THREE WEEKS, I have yet to receive a call!!! I am so completely fed up with this gigantic waste of time that I am just going to pick my car up this afternoon, take it to Aamco and start over! What a waste of time and effort!

This vehicle was in need of numerous repairs, but the customer had no job and no money to do all the repairs that were really needed. It truly was unsafe and needed to be in the junk yard!! We performed only minimal and only “absolutely essential” repairs enough to make the vehicle drivable. Definitely not a complete restoration. The vehicle was released without payment, with the agreement that customer would make weekly payments. Bottom line is that the customer never paid for repairs that were made and committed “Merchant Fraud”. The credit card was never charged because it always “declined” when it was run. Beware of this company, they keep their customers credit/debit card info and make unauthorized charges. This company did this to me more than a year after I moved from Colorado. They charged my card without my permission/authorization. I turned this company in for unauthorized use of my card. In my opinion they stole from me. This company is being investigated for fraud as I had to file a claim against Trans-Tech Transmissions in Colorado, Springs. Trans-Tech shame on you for being very unprofessional and charging my card without authorization from me!!! About a year and a half ago when i was living in Colorado Springs i had this company repair my van. They said that they ran a diagnostic test on my vehicle and told me that it needed several parts. They kept my van for a few days. They said that the repairs were done, i paid over $1300 for what they said they fixed. I did not even drive my van for a mile and the problem that they were supposed to fix was never fixed. They said that i needed to bring it back, i brought it back, then they said that it was another problem, they wanted more money for it. As far as i m concerned it was their mistake that they had misdiagnosed my van, so i feel that since i paid them over a thousand dollars that they should not have charged me for the parts on what the real problem really was, it was their error not mine. So for a second time they said they fixed it. A week later my van started to leak again, i took it to another mechanic and they said that it was never repaired and that my transmission mount bolts were stripped and just about to fall off, which would have caused a very serious accident, if they had fallen off while the van was moving. I took it back to Trans Tech Transmissions and told Jim about what i was told, well they took my van in again and as usual they said that it was fixed. Well i moved from Colorado about a month later and my van started to leak again, and is still leaking to this day. So my guess is that they once again did not seal it properly like they were supposed to. So my advice is to stay clear of this company, they will rip you off and want you to pay for their mistakes. And like i said that they will charge your credit card without your authorization even after more than a year after you deal with them, it s scary to know that this business will do that to a customer. i had to have my card shut down!! So beware of this company!

about 1 month ago i took my car to george at full throttle because there was a growling noise under the hood,I was told that it was the power steering pump i paid to have the pump changed and my car was still making the noise,george the owner said to drive the car to see if the noise gets worse so i drove it for about a week and the noise became worse so i took the car back,a pulley had broke and it was to the alternator i paid to have the alternator replaced,the noise went away but the car was making a chirping sound like there was a bunch of birds under the hood,we also noticed that the trunk and gas door would not open,we took the car a 1997 caddilac seville sls to another mechanic and low and behold he discovered the damage that full throttle had done,we have replaced 3 belts on the engine and they all keep shredding,i had the tenisioner replaced also after going to full throttle i have spent 390.00 in parts and labor and the mechanic is still trying to figure out what other damage was done. This is the second incident i have had with george and his fake mechanicsI had a ford expedition that i took there to have the brakes changed my family and i sat in that dank bussiness for 2 hours waiting for the job to be done they never changed my brake pads i went to another place tp have my brakes done about 3 weeks later only to be shown my old brake pads were never changed. beware of this place they are ripping people off and should be closed down they ruined my car and its costing me over 1200.00 that i dont have in repairs
