Mobile tire service service near Apache Junction, AZ

I LOVE THIS company. It literally made my day. My oil light came on during my drive to work and I went online and booked an appointment for that same day. They came to my work and it was done within an hour. They even put air in my tire that was low. Brent (my oil service guy) came, made it so easy and even vacuumed my car! I will for sure use this company going forward. Everything from the online service, to the emailed receipt, to the customer service was amazing. I would suggest them to everyone. Go Wrench! I took my previously owned ML 350 in for a B service at 56K miles. They took care to discuss with me what would be done. Mr. Piech, who worked on the car did phenomenal work. I thought the car rode smoothly before I brought it in, but Mr. Piech re-lubed the chassis and now it rides like it came out of the showroom. He also noted that the brake fluid needed replacing, and the difference in braking is noticeable. He let me know things that were fine, but noted item I need to keep an eye on (for example, difference in brake pad wear). It's nice to know I have found a shop where people still take pride in their work. I have already recommended the shop to two of my friends, and I'll be bringing my car here for as long as I own it.

Amazing Service ! The staff is honest and gets straight to the problem. We took our 2014 Maxima to them because the air wasn't blowing cold. They did an AC recharge and oil change. I came back a week later and they re-checked everything to make sure we had no leaks. We had been told by our local BIG O that we didn't have a cabin air filter and needed one (but decided to pass) . When they were doing the final check they mentioned that our cabin air filter needed replaced. I was amazed because we had been told twice by BIG O that we didn't have one. Will was even kind enough to bring it out and show it to me. I'm thankful to find an honest and reliable shop ! I've had a hard time finding a dealership or shop that we can trust. As a female, I always feel like I might be seen as an easy target for auto shops, thank goodness I discovered this place. My car wouldn't start and I couldn't jump it and these guys came to me, took my car in, and gave me a clear estimate without making me feel pressured to spend more than what I could afford just to get my car back. They found some other issues and gave estimates on those but nothing was done to my car before advising me so i knew exactly what was due at the end of the day.

Ownership/management has changed from Ken to Diego and Sergio, and we continue to use them for years now. They are not my sole auto repair source, because I like to have several flavors of mechanic.Desert AutoWorks has a smart, small, business-like flavor. They are not the cheapest, but your car and your phone call do not get lost in a shuffle; they keep you generally well-informed. They are not bozos when it comes to diagnostics. Though they do sometimes make mistakes, they make a sincere effort to take personal responsibility for diagnostics. They don't do unnecessary, dishonest work. They do not pad their recommendations or seek to meet service billings goals like a Midas shop.
