I filed a complaint via the Better Business Bureau to alert others of the corrupt business practices that are exercised all the way from the owner down to the smelly grease monkeys that twist his wrench. First Ali called me and told me that he had stripped the O2 sensors when removing them. He told me that it's common for them to strip on older cars. He also told me that they were unusable and needed to be replaced. He told me that it was purely an inconvenience fee charged by him personally. He told me that he used a personal check to buy the parts and that it would take weeks to get his money back from the dealer. I requested a copy of the invoice and he refused. He told me that it had his personal information on it and he couldn't show it to me. I reluctantly agreed to pay the 25% restocking fee because it was still about $100 less than buying the parts from the dealer. Then he tried to charge me an additional $60 to install the O2 sensors I provided, although earlier he told me that there was no fee to install the OEM O2 sensors. When Ali first told me that I would need the O2 sensors, which I truly didn't at all, he told me that there are universal O2 sensors that are more affordable, but they would require a
