This is one of the best shops in town. I have been going to them for years. I know cars, I can fix cars. It killed me when I came to the realization that I don't have the time to mess with that sort of thing anymore and had to trust someone else to be honest and competent with my vehicles. I have been taking my 2009 Hyundai Elantra here for years and always have a pleasant experience. They are great at communicating, and when my car needed to stay for a couple of days, they graciously provided a "loaner" at no charge. And I always enjoy looking at the latest artist installation on the walls while I am there (I've been tempted to buy a couple of pieces once or twice!) I know there's the old cliche that women are taken advantage of at repair shops because we generally don't know a lot about cars, but with a woman owner - who is a mechanic herself - and 90-percent women employees (including a working mechanic), I always feel like I'm getting the straight story, explained to me in a way that I can understand! Virginia Auto Service does great work, The AC in my car went out and they were able to get me in the next day. They found the problem quickly and fixed it reasonably, plus they gave me a ride to work what more could you ask for!

I went in for a power steering leak. They said my rack and pinion needed replaced. They misquoted me the price. Held my car for ransom 5 days. Would not put my old one back on because they damaged it. They charged me 2000.00 to get my car back. A power steering leak turned into 2000.00 job. They are liars, and argument. Both Ray and Greg.

LOVE these guys! They did quality job that five other mechanics wanted 3600-5000. This shop charged me less than half of the total. We essentially had to replace half the engine. Trustworthy and understand that our vehicles are our lifeline to our lives. Very professional, treated my car and myself like family. Screw the other guys, Surprise Auto is my new mechanical home!

Ray Morgan and his team have done it again. I recently purchased a Jeep. It had been sitting for years, tired, sad and maybe even a hopeless cause. Found them through a friend. I had a leaking brake line in the ABS of my BMW 540i. Took my car there yesterday. They did a great job in fixing that in an absolutely amazing price. And they also did a free inspection of my car and told me about the probs that I might face in future. They are not at all pushy about selling their services. I am really impressed with their service. Now I know this is the place to take my car for any service that it needs!!!!

I was referred to Jeff by a stranger who fixed my flat tire about 2 months ago. I visited the business yesterday and Jeff was very honest, open with the evaluation. He invited me to look under the car to see what was wrong with the tires and he corrected the problem without any charge because it was due to loose nuts in the tie rods. He double checked all the tires to ensure they were on tight and sent me on my way. I feel because I am a female, sometimes, I have been taken for a ride and sold a bill of goods. However, in this case, I had experienced an honest mechanic and that is rare in my experience with mechanics. I give him a high rating for excellent service and I respect the man who recommended him although I have never seen him again. Jeff gets my business from now on!
