Tire repair service near Mesa, AZ

I have been taking my 2009 Hyundai Elantra here for years and always have a pleasant experience. They are great at communicating, and when my car needed to stay for a couple of days, they graciously provided a "loaner" at no charge. And I always enjoy looking at the latest artist installation on the walls while I am there (I've been tempted to buy a couple of pieces once or twice!) I know there's the old cliche that women are taken advantage of at repair shops because we generally don't know a lot about cars, but with a woman owner - who is a mechanic herself - and 90-percent women employees (including a working mechanic), I always feel like I'm getting the straight story, explained to me in a way that I can understand! I had to have my Jeep towed to an Auto Repair shop and I found them on Google.com and came with good reviews. I dealt with the manager, Mitchell Rosowitz and he shot me straight and gave me a price for repairs and recommendations for other repairs needed without pressure. I only had so much money to work with so Mitchell gave me a discount and All is good with my Jeep!!

I needed a tire quick, in a hurry. Didn't want to spend too much money or time for it. Went to the NE corner of I-17 and Glendale Ave. There were several cars there before me. I was on a jack and tire off in less than 15 minutes. They had several tires that I could use that were recommended by the manufacturer. I choose one that closely resembled the remaining three tires. The tires was put on the rim, balanced and on my car in no time after making my selection. I was out the door for $20.00 and about half an hour later. That tire outlasted the other three tires and ended up using it as the spare. I'm not saying that you too will be as lucky as I with your used tire purchase. But for $20.00 and quick service if the tire lasts three months you've made out like a bandit. Sure beats the wait at Big O or Discount Tires, just saying.

Was a great experience. Recommended what I needed but wasn’t pushy when I wanted to wait! Coming back now to complete the service!

I went in for a power steering leak. They said my rack and pinion needed replaced. They misquoted me the price. Held my car for ransom 5 days. Would not put my old one back on because they damaged it. They charged me 2000.00 to get my car back. A power steering leak turned into 2000.00 job. They are liars, and argument. Both Ray and Greg.

I went in for a tune up and was very pleased with the service advisor. he was very responsive and friendly. Pricing also seemed reasonable.
