I LOVE THIS company. It literally made my day. My oil light came on during my drive to work and I went online and booked an appointment for that same day. They came to my work and it was done within an hour. They even put air in my tire that was low. Brent (my oil service guy) came, made it so easy and even vacuumed my car! I will for sure use this company going forward. Everything from the online service, to the emailed receipt, to the customer service was amazing. I would suggest them to everyone. Go Wrench! Great mechanics and friendly staff. Owner really knows that the repair shop is there to get things right and not just charge up ur card. Great turn around times, shuttle service is awesome feature, and coffee and tv for the quick work. Ill never take my car anywhere else.

I'm not a big review writer, but when a testimonial is deserved, I'll make a point to give it. Everyone at Tech1Auto was great! Fred had me come in the day I called and they did a perfect job repairing my car. These guys know what they're doing and do what needs to be done... and at a fair price. They made it simple, took care of the issues quickly and professionally, and immediately made me a new long time customer. The experience was like going back in time, when taking your car into the shop was more like getting a haircut... with confidence, care, and familiarity. I would recommend Tech1 to anyone that's trying to find that one last really good auto-shop.

LOVE these guys! They did quality job that five other mechanics wanted 3600-5000. This shop charged me less than half of the total. We essentially had to replace half the engine. Trustworthy and understand that our vehicles are our lifeline to our lives. Very professional, treated my car and myself like family. Screw the other guys, Surprise Auto is my new mechanical home!

Great work by honest people. Owner apologized for the cost of replacing the serpentine belt because the floor had to be removed to access the engine. Not their fault.

This is one of the best shops in town. I have been going to them for years. I know cars, I can fix cars. It killed me when I came to the realization that I don't have the time to mess with that sort of thing anymore and had to trust someone else to be honest and competent with my vehicles. Randy and his crew are by far the most honest mechanics I have ever known. They have done service or repairs on my truck, wife's SUV, and several sport's cars I've owned. I tried them first about 9 years ago because I wanted to support a local shop. I was/am so impressed with their knowledge, pricing and, above all, customer service. I've never found a business of ANY kind that provides such outstanding customer service and stands so firmly behind their work. That's why I recommend them to all of my friends and relatives.

We have been bringing our Toyota, Lexus and Hondas here for years now. They keep excellent records, take good care of your car, and always give you a straight, honest answer on the car's problem. Jesus is pleasant and knowledgeable on the phone and keeps in touch while the car is in the shop. They treat you and your car like family. I have been taking my 2009 Hyundai Elantra here for years and always have a pleasant experience. They are great at communicating, and when my car needed to stay for a couple of days, they graciously provided a "loaner" at no charge. And I always enjoy looking at the latest artist installation on the walls while I am there (I've been tempted to buy a couple of pieces once or twice!) I know there's the old cliche that women are taken advantage of at repair shops because we generally don't know a lot about cars, but with a woman owner - who is a mechanic herself - and 90-percent women employees (including a working mechanic), I always feel like I'm getting the straight story, explained to me in a way that I can understand! I can't say enough about Chester's. My Daughter at Elon University had some issues with our Audi - Chester spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem found out it was a major issue with the cam shaft. I checked online and found out it was covered under a 10 year Audi extended warranty. I had the car towed to Audi of Greensboro. I asked Chester what I owed him...he didn't charge me! Wow - If we weren't three hours away I would take all my cars there. Nice honest and competent.

Virginia Auto Service does great work, The AC in my car went out and they were able to get me in the next day. They found the problem quickly and fixed it reasonably, plus they gave me a ride to work what more could you ask for!

Was a great experience. Recommended what I needed but wasn’t pushy when I wanted to wait! Coming back now to complete the service!
