As a mechanic myself that has moved into a different line of work I can fully recommend all the guys here at The Brake Shop. With my new responsibilities I don't always have the time I wish I did to do my own repairs. When I was new to the area I shopped around and talked to a lot of shops before having any work done. These guys are class act. They know their stuff and they put a great guarantee on their work. Honesty, reliability, and quality is the mantra here. After reading some of these reviews about being a "scam" or the guys looking for extra money... I'm not so sure if these people really used the same shop. I continue to refer friends/acquaintances/co-workers here when I don't have time to handle their repairs and all 5 of them have yet to have a less than stellar experience and reported back full satisfaction to me.

WOW!!! That really describes your workmanship in one word!! You and your team has totally been a "life saver" when it comes to fixing cars. We stumbled across you on line. Came in to meet you to see what you could do with our used car that was just purchased (from a bad dealership) and you made our experience such a positive one. The work that you did to make our car new brought us such a peaceful feeling. You are a clean and organized shop with the top notch mechanics. You researched our cars issues, towed and took the time to hear the needs. Your team checked out the car from top to bottom and had open communication the entire time. We found you to be VERY reputably, honest and fair. On your behalf we contacted the BBB and The Attorney General for outstanding work that you stand behind. I was told at installation of the product that it was quality OEM level glass and that it was under warranty for one year. I SPECIFICALLY asked as to the warranty and glass type, and was told it was American Made OEM quality with a warranty of 1-year. Four months after installation, all it took was a small peeble to make the glass crack and splinter. I have driven this same type of vehicle for decades and the OEM glass does not crack when hit by peebles EVER, it took a large rock to break the glass that was replaced and even then it was only a small crack. This is NOT quality glass, that was a lie. When I contacted the company about the warranty, they acted like they had no idea what that was. They then said maybe they could fill it FOR A FEE (warranty??), but they wouldn't come out for 4 days. I advised that the car cannot be driven with crack in location it is, and they installed the un-quality glass and lied to me about it, so they should make it a priority to fix it and maintain customer service. They refused to make any effort to fix their error in lying about the quality of the glass or the supposed warranty. Liars - Avoid them. BTW - This is not a professional company like they try to advertise. It is two guys working out of their house in Mesa. If you try to get anywhere, it is useless other than to file with the BBB, because it is just them and they can lie to you all they want and no one to check them.
