I was told at installation of the product that it was quality OEM level glass and that it was under warranty for one year. I SPECIFICALLY asked as to the warranty and glass type, and was told it was American Made OEM quality with a warranty of 1-year. Four months after installation, all it took was a small peeble to make the glass crack and splinter. I have driven this same type of vehicle for decades and the OEM glass does not crack when hit by peebles EVER, it took a large rock to break the glass that was replaced and even then it was only a small crack. This is NOT quality glass, that was a lie. When I contacted the company about the warranty, they acted like they had no idea what that was. They then said maybe they could fill it FOR A FEE (warranty??), but they wouldn't come out for 4 days. I advised that the car cannot be driven with crack in location it is, and they installed the un-quality glass and lied to me about it, so they should make it a priority to fix it and maintain customer service. They refused to make any effort to fix their error in lying about the quality of the glass or the supposed warranty. Liars - Avoid them. BTW - This is not a professional company like they try to advertise. It is two guys working out of their house in Mesa. If you try to get anywhere, it is useless other than to file with the BBB, because it is just them and they can lie to you all they want and no one to check them.

This is one of the best shops in town. I have been going to them for years. I know cars, I can fix cars. It killed me when I came to the realization that I don't have the time to mess with that sort of thing anymore and had to trust someone else to be honest and competent with my vehicles. Randy and his crew are by far the most honest mechanics I have ever known. They have done service or repairs on my truck, wife's SUV, and several sport's cars I've owned. This was my third visit to Shadow Mountain Auto Service! I have two vintage cars and my daily driver! I moved into my home nearby one year ago and I was fortunate to find such a reputable repair shop! Curt and Graham once again went out of their way to make sure the car was properly repaired. Virginia Auto Service does great work, The AC in my car went out and they were able to get me in the next day. They found the problem quickly and fixed it reasonably, plus they gave me a ride to work what more could you ask for!

I have been taking my 2009 Hyundai Elantra here for years and always have a pleasant experience. They are great at communicating, and when my car needed to stay for a couple of days, they graciously provided a "loaner" at no charge. And I always enjoy looking at the latest artist installation on the walls while I am there (I've been tempted to buy a couple of pieces once or twice!) I know there's the old cliche that women are taken advantage of at repair shops because we generally don't know a lot about cars, but with a woman owner - who is a mechanic herself - and 90-percent women employees (including a working mechanic), I always feel like I'm getting the straight story, explained to me in a way that I can understand! I can't say enough about Chester's. My Daughter at Elon University had some issues with our Audi - Chester spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem found out it was a major issue with the cam shaft. I checked online and found out it was covered under a 10 year Audi extended warranty. I had the car towed to Audi of Greensboro. I asked Chester what I owed him...he didn't charge me! Wow - If we weren't three hours away I would take all my cars there. Nice honest and competent.

I had to have my Jeep towed to an Auto Repair shop and I found them on Google.com and came with good reviews. I dealt with the manager, Mitchell Rosowitz and he shot me straight and gave me a price for repairs and recommendations for other repairs needed without pressure. I only had so much money to work with so Mitchell gave me a discount and All is good with my Jeep!!

Was a great experience. Recommended what I needed but wasn’t pushy when I wanted to wait! Coming back now to complete the service!
