I just had Justin Johnson with wrench inc out here and he was able to solve a problem 2others gave up on. He was very nice and professional. He never gave up and did an excellent job. Amazing Service ! The staff is honest and gets straight to the problem. We took our 2014 Maxima to them because the air wasn't blowing cold. They did an AC recharge and oil change. I came back a week later and they re-checked everything to make sure we had no leaks. We had been told by our local BIG O that we didn't have a cabin air filter and needed one (but decided to pass) . When they were doing the final check they mentioned that our cabin air filter needed replaced. I was amazed because we had been told twice by BIG O that we didn't have one. Will was even kind enough to bring it out and show it to me. I'm thankful to find an honest and reliable shop ! I've had a hard time finding a dealership or shop that we can trust. Spencer's now has my service ! No scare tactics/pressure to up-sell on unneeded products here <3 Samantha Herbaugh

Great work by honest people. Owner apologized for the cost of replacing the serpentine belt because the floor had to be removed to access the engine. Not their fault.

Ray Morgan and his team have done it again. I recently purchased a Jeep. It had been sitting for years, tired, sad and maybe even a hopeless cause. Within days and a very reasonable amount of money, these guys had it purring like a kitten. I'm now in AZ back country a couple times a month with complete confidence in The "Black Bear".
