Great work by honest people. Owner apologized for the cost of replacing the serpentine belt because the floor had to be removed to access the engine. Not their fault.

Awesome mom and pop business, I thought I was going to spend a lot of money and also miss work the next day but nope they fixed my truck the same day . What was so cool was the wife gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was ready. I had my truck towed there at 430 and they stayed late to fix it. You can't get that kind of service at a franchise business. I highly recommend this place and it's not the first time they have got me out of a jamb......

Chris did some work on our truck and he did an amazing job and was so nice! I would highly recommend him to anyone and will absolutely use him in the future if we have a need again. Not only was he honest but he took his time and explained why he was doing everything and also showed my son what he was doing and allowed him to watch and learn. This is one of the best shops in town. I have been going to them for years. I know cars, I can fix cars. It killed me when I came to the realization that I don't have the time to mess with that sort of thing anymore and had to trust someone else to be honest and competent with my vehicles. Randy and his crew are by far the most honest mechanics I have ever known. They have done service or repairs on my truck, wife's SUV, and several sport's cars I've owned. I tried them first about 9 years ago because I wanted to support a local shop. I was/am so impressed with their knowledge, pricing and, above all, customer service. I've never found a business of ANY kind that provides such outstanding customer service and stands so firmly behind their work. That's why I recommend them to all of my friends and relatives.

I just moved to Arizona for 1 year not knowing any shop to fix My 2000 Honda Civic power steering pump. I called Japanese Auto Pro's for a quote and they were very reasonable price. I would recommend to anyone to try them out, these guys is so professional and honest, price is great, they even offered courtesy drop off which is great. Thank You So Much.

We have been bringing our Toyota, Lexus and Hondas here for years now. They keep excellent records, take good care of your car, and always give you a straight, honest answer on the car's problem. Jesus is pleasant and knowledgeable on the phone and keeps in touch while the car is in the shop. They treat you and your car like family. I needed a tire quick, in a hurry. Didn't want to spend too much money or time for it. Went to the NE corner of I-17 and Glendale Ave. There were several cars there before me. I was on a jack and tire off in less than 15 minutes. They had several tires that I could use that were recommended by the manufacturer. I choose one that closely resembled the remaining three tires. The tires was put on the rim, balanced and on my car in no time after making my selection. I was out the door for $20.00 and about half an hour later. That tire outlasted the other three tires and ended up using it as the spare. I'm not saying that you too will be as lucky as I with your used tire purchase. But for $20.00 and quick service if the tire lasts three months you've made out like a bandit. Sure beats the wait at Big O or Discount Tires, just saying.

I have been taking my 2009 Hyundai Elantra here for years and always have a pleasant experience. They are great at communicating, and when my car needed to stay for a couple of days, they graciously provided a "loaner" at no charge. And I always enjoy looking at the latest artist installation on the walls while I am there (I've been tempted to buy a couple of pieces once or twice!) I know there's the old cliche that women are taken advantage of at repair shops because we generally don't know a lot about cars, but with a woman owner - who is a mechanic herself - and 90-percent women employees (including a working mechanic), I always feel like I'm getting the straight story, explained to me in a way that I can understand! I can't say enough about Chester's. My Daughter at Elon University had some issues with our Audi - Chester spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem found out it was a major issue with the cam shaft. I checked online and found out it was covered under a 10 year Audi extended warranty. I had the car towed to Audi of Greensboro. I asked Chester what I owed him...he didn't charge me! Wow - If we weren't three hours away I would take all my cars there. Nice honest and competent.

Was a great experience. Recommended what I needed but wasn’t pushy when I wanted to wait! Coming back now to complete the service!

Virginia Auto Service does great work, The AC in my car went out and they were able to get me in the next day. They found the problem quickly and fixed it reasonably, plus they gave me a ride to work what more could you ask for!

We bought a transmission from ABC Transmissions about 6 months ago. Recently we started hearing a sqealing noise that sounded like it was coming from the transmission. So we called ABC and ask them if we brought it in could they look at it. He said he would check it out. He took the transmission completly apart and inspected everything in front of us and we came to the conclusion that it was the flywheel, not the transmission. I was very surprised that he didn't even charge us to take it apart and put it back together again. Especially since it was not the tranmission or anything that was their fault. We got a good deal on the transmission in the first place and in most cases you get what you pay for so we were a little conserned. But in some cases you can get a great deal on a good job/product and superior customer service. I will always recommend ABC Transmission to everyone!

This was my third visit to Shadow Mountain Auto Service! I have two vintage cars and my daily driver! I moved into my home nearby one year ago and I was fortunate to find such a reputable repair shop! Curt and Graham once again went out of their way to make sure the car was properly repaired. They kept me informed on the progress and the cost so there were no unexpected surprises! I am very pleased and trust them explicitly and would highly recommend them and I am very fussy with my cars!
