As the owner of a Mercedes S class, I'm glad that our family found someone like Reinhard to keep our vehicle maintained and on the road. Their estimates have always been accurate when they call to tell us what our vehicle needs. They always get us in within a day or 2 of calling. Yeah sure sometimes the final bill might be a little over due to needing an extra hose or part that you find bad when taking it off to get to another part but I would rather they replace it then and there, so we don't have to make a return trip or call for a tow when we are on the road. We have always been fairly treated by him and his wife in the office. Some of these other reviews I would I ??? as I do most on the internet these days. Stop in meet them talk to them you will see. They are straight forward and some people don't like that but personally I like the no gimmicks no games and I'm not against paying for someone's time to look over and actually repair what is "actually" needed. I have been coming here for over 3 years and will continue to do so.

I was told at installation of the product that it was quality OEM level glass and that it was under warranty for one year. I SPECIFICALLY asked as to the warranty and glass type, and was told it was American Made OEM quality with a warranty of 1-year. Four months after installation, all it took was a small peeble to make the glass crack and splinter. I have driven this same type of vehicle for decades and the OEM glass does not crack when hit by peebles EVER, it took a large rock to break the glass that was replaced and even then it was only a small crack. This is NOT quality glass, that was a lie. When I contacted the company about the warranty, they acted like they had no idea what that was. They then said maybe they could fill it FOR A FEE (warranty??), but they wouldn't come out for 4 days. I advised that the car cannot be driven with crack in location it is, and they installed the un-quality glass and lied to me about it, so they should make it a priority to fix it and maintain customer service. They refused to make any effort to fix their error in lying about the quality of the glass or the supposed warranty. Liars - Avoid them. BTW - This is not a professional company like they try to advertise. It is two guys working out of their house in Mesa. If you try to get anywhere, it is useless other than to file with the BBB, because it is just them and they can lie to you all they want and no one to check them.

This is one of the best shops in town. I have been going to them for years. I know cars, I can fix cars. It killed me when I came to the realization that I don't have the time to mess with that sort of thing anymore and had to trust someone else to be honest and competent with my vehicles. We bought a transmission from ABC Transmissions about 6 months ago. Recently we started hearing a sqealing noise that sounded like it was coming from the transmission. So we called ABC and ask them if we brought it in could they look at it. He said he would check it out. He took the transmission completly apart and inspected everything in front of us and we came to the conclusion that it was the flywheel, not the transmission. I was very surprised that he didn't even charge us to take it apart and put it back together again. Especially since it was not the tranmission or anything that was their fault. We got a good deal on the transmission in the first place and in most cases you get what you pay for so we were a little conserned. But in some cases you can get a great deal on a good job/product and superior customer service. I will always recommend ABC Transmission to everyone!

This was my third visit to Shadow Mountain Auto Service! I have two vintage cars and my daily driver! I moved into my home nearby one year ago and I was fortunate to find such a reputable repair shop! Curt and Graham once again went out of their way to make sure the car was properly repaired. They kept me informed on the progress and the cost so there were no unexpected surprises! I am very pleased and trust them explicitly and would highly recommend them and I am very fussy with my cars! I went in for a power steering leak. They said my rack and pinion needed replaced. They misquoted me the price. Held my car for ransom 5 days. Would not put my old one back on because they damaged it. They charged me 2000.00 to get my car back. A power steering leak turned into 2000.00 job. They are liars, and argument. Both Ray and Greg.
