Lotus service near Tempe, AZ

I have been taking my 2009 Hyundai Elantra here for years and always have a pleasant experience. They are great at communicating, and when my car needed to stay for a couple of days, they graciously provided a "loaner" at no charge. And I always enjoy looking at the latest artist installation on the walls while I am there (I've been tempted to buy a couple of pieces once or twice!) I know there's the old cliche that women are taken advantage of at repair shops because we generally don't know a lot about cars, but with a woman owner - who is a mechanic herself - and 90-percent women employees (including a working mechanic), I always feel like I'm getting the straight story, explained to me in a way that I can understand! Great mechanics and friendly staff. Owner really knows that the repair shop is there to get things right and not just charge up ur card. Great turn around times, shuttle service is awesome feature, and coffee and tv for the quick work. Ill never take my car anywhere else.

Always a great experience, from scheduling to excellent work done quickly to fabulous staff! They are honest and never pushy, never trying to sell me something I don't need. It is like going to a friend you trust. And I just learned that they do tires too, so I will have them replace mine when it's time for that!
